good selection and price, super quick postage

The Bonnika Clara rag doll is the perfect present for a two year old. It is soft, easy to handle and very well made. Ordering from ScandiBugs is very easy to do and the customer service is excellent. Delivery was very quick. I can definitely recommend ScandiBugs.

Lovely product, quick delivery

Two items in a bundle we purchased arrived clearly used and faulty. When we e-mailed customer service, an incredibly rude and patronising 'gentleman' named DAVID (very generous term on my behalf!) insisted that the items were not faulty, despite me providing photo evidence. I have genuinely never received such a patronising, ridiculous and unhelpful response from a customer service representative in response to documented evidence of a faulty product - every other company I have ever interacted with has been incredibly quick, polite and helpful if there has ever been an issue with an order. VERY unimpressed with both the products and humans who work there. Perhaps their other customer representatives are better and I will hopefully encounter one of them in response to this review, but DAVID is incredibly rude and a poor advertisement for this company.

Excellent service and good quality clothing
