Fast delivery great quality
I placed an order with Scarlet Ocean for four pieces of jewellery on the 13th of December and received the order on the 14th! The packaging was very nice, and the jewellery itself is stunning and has a very premium feel to it. I will be buying from SO again for sure.

I ordered something that was too big when i received it. I contacted customer services to arrange a replacement. This process was quick and easy and i was refunded sooner than expected. The second item was perfect, the quality, price and service was excellent and i will be ordering again.

I ordered a sterling silver pink opal pendant with express next day delivery item did not arrive so I phoned Scarlett Ocean the gentlemen I spoke to apologised and said he would send a replacement same day which arrived the following day when I checked the Royal Mail tracking app the original one was still in their mail centre on Tyneside and then the two items arrived together I spoke to a young lady at Scarlett Ocean and decided to keep both as it was an excellent piece of jewellery and the young lady I spoke to was a credit to the company I can’t praise them enough

I ordered this item for a Christmas present for my wife. As Christmas is still 3 weeks away I can't say if the wife like it or not. But it does look exactly as the picture on the Web site. It feels and looks like a very good quality piece. I am sure that my wife will love it. Delivery was quite quick and it was well packaged.

I purchased a pair of earrings for my daughter which arrived very quickly and were just what I wanted for her, very happy. So then I thought I'd treat myself to a ring!
