Poor post sales customer service
The products are great, no doubt! Unfortunately, the blouses are not going well with my sarees and because of that I asked for a return pick up. I’ve been following up with them for 4 days now, and nobody has come to pick up the product. Now I am stuck with 3 blouses that I paid for, but won’t use.
I am not satisfied with their customer service.
