Scent of Solomon oils are wonderful!
Lyndie is amazing! There was a glitch in my first order and she took care of it right away. Her customer service goes above and beyond and her oils are like none I have ever owned. They are rich and the aroma lasts for a long time. I love using them during my prayer time when I am spending time with the Lord. I love these oils!

Laynie fixed my issue promptly and threw in a coupon. The cardboard insert that holds the bottles in place lifted and the bottles rolled around. Somehow a yellow sticky substance was on the inside of the box. Laynie thought it was Myrhh, but none of the bottles were broken. This was the first time I smelled Sandalwood. It smells great. I ordered a second set just to have extra

I am dismayed to see your negative review. I wish that you would have come to us directly to give us the chance to make it right with you before leaving poor ratings which can cause serious reputational damage to small businesses like ours.
I am not quite sure what you mean by not liking "who you had to go through to pay your bill." If you mean our methods of payment, we have the same standard secure payment processor as any typical online store offering support for a variety of card types and PayPal. If you mean our customer service, I am just checking the chatlogs and see that you messaged asking about a special discount price you saw on Facebook to which we promptly replied with the link to claim the discount along with a custom discount code we made just for you.
Perhaps I am still misunderstanding your issue, but everything appears to have gone smoothly from my end. We are of course open to more detailed feedback. Your business is still very much appreciated, and I really hope you are enjoying the oils of the Gospel.

The customer service is marvelous. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I bought three sets to give to my adult children and one married grandson. They have already received their gifts and seem very pleased.
Does your website give any specific scriptures for reference and also user instructions? I would love to be able to refer them!

I am putting together a small ebook including relevant scripture, history of the oils, and instructions/tips on how to use them. Great selection of high quality oils!
My package arrived in great shape! She wrapped them properly and nothing was broken or leaking. As soon as I opened the box, I could smell the fragrance of the oils. I could tell immediately these are high quality oils! I've had them for almost 3 weeks now, so I've had the chance to use each one many times. I am now trying to blend some with my current oils. My favorite by far is the Frankincense. It smells wonderful and it's relaxing. I always sleep my best when I use that bottle. My next favorite is the Myrrh. That oil makes me very happy and brings a smile to my face. The scent is light and carefree. Some people dont like the smell but I love it. It's the perfect set to introduce you into essential oils. I highly recommend you give this set a try, or get it as a gift for someone else!
