Ordered 3 10mL samples, two scents I've tried before and one I have not. After trying JPG Le Male Elixir it was very weak and did not sill at all (had to place my nose directly where it was sprayed to smell it, even when overspraying). After figuring it was the fragrance itself that was weak, I tried out my sample of Layton Exclusif, which I have tried before unlike LM Elixir and was previously very strong. A lot of the notes are missing and I must also place my nose directly up to where it was sprayed to smell it. Compared to my sample from PDM it smells very dissimilar and much weaker, to a greater extent than would be expected of differences between batches. I'm pretty sure this company waters down or dilutes their samples.

my order was cancelled after the shipping label was created i have tried to contact the company twice but they are not answering, i wouldn't recommend as your money would be held by them and you need to wait for a refund

This was my first and last time buying from Scent Angel. If your item arrives with an issue, don’t expect any help — they’ll blame you for the problem and then go as far as blocking your account to prevent you from buying again. Never seen a business that seems so uninterested in actually selling or supporting customers. Totally unprofessional and disappointing experience. Avoid at all costs.

I have ordered twice from this company, the deals on Niche perfume are amazing, check out the prices for yourself and lookout for their deals that drop regularly.

After winning a gift certificate in The Scent lounge FB group I immediately browsed the website. That with an added Coupon in my email that I almost missed I pre ordered the new Narcotica. Thank you so much Scent Split for a great shopping experience. It really made my whole week.

Okay, this is my second time ordering from these people. My first order had one sample that leaked during transit and they were able to send me another to replace the one that had leaked. I decided to take chances with them again and placed an order. It leaked (also doubting the authenticity of the scent/different scent than what I ordered. I contact them about it and they REFUSE to solve the issue, despite me spending extra $ for protection throughout the mail. Not only did they accuse me of “stealing” from them, but they obviously scammed me/mixed up my order. Their decants are KNOWN to leak during transit (multiple reports online). Also, why did I buy the insurance if my package was not insured? Basically stealing my hard earned money. I’d probably just avoid this company.

Very happy to spend under $30 for a small bottle of my favorite perfume that is over $200 usually which I don’t have at the moment due to changes in my work status. Thanks!

The sample/travel sizes are just what I neeed to determine if the fragrances are full size worthy. Love love love!

I love this company the scents are fantastic at a reasonable price however I do have a couple of complaints 1st the tops are almost impossible to get off i really struggle with this and 2nd i don't like how they don't label the bottle after you take it out the box so I'm having to keep the perfume in the box otherwise it's great and I will continue to purchase

I received my order of mancera intense red tobacco in a very good & timely manner. My disappointment is that the sample I had of this scent was very good intense red tobacco!!! My full bottle I received was very, very weak!!!!! Not sure why such a big difference but definitely not as good as the sample I had. If the sample was like the full size bottle I would have definitely not have purchased the 4oz bottle!! I'm left very skeptical to purchase again from scentsangel!!

I’ve been ordering from scent angel for a few years. They send your fragrances quickly and well packaged. The only downside I’ve had in the past not my last order is the lids. On a few occasions their lids get stuck. They were nice enough to offer to send me another decant. Another thing is they should put the name of the fragrance on the bottle. They only put it on the boxes. That would be my only complaint, which isn’t enough to make me go elsewhere. They have amazing prices and a great selection! This is definitely my favorite online decant store hands down.

Absolute horrible decant bottles. They break when trying to open or close, useless and you will have to either transfer to a decent atomizer or throw away.
