SA has a wide variety of 100% authentic fragrances as well as options when it comes to sizes and very competitive prices as well. They have no minimum when it comes to free shipping and for me, that's very advantageous. I really do love this company
I really do love this company. The only time I had a wrong scent sent to me, they corrected it quickly and got me the correct fragrance. The only thing I’m taking off points for is the packaging. I have rheumatoid arthritis, I cannot get the caps off these bottles. Like, it’s genuinely hard to get them off. Second, the name of the scent on the bottle would be really nice.

Exceptional Customer Service

Terrible bottles
My only grip is the packaging. The bottles are terrible and difficult to remove the cap. I received one the other day and the sprayer is defective. I will probably have to transfer the fragrance to another bottle.

I love almost everything
I love the selection of fragrances, pricing and choice of 5 or 10ml sizes. The one thing I would love to see change is the bottles. The tops are so hard to get off of them and there is no label to distinguish one from another in a collection.
Oh, and the free shipping is nice and quick. Love everything but those darn bottles.
