schickt rechtsanwaltsschreiben ohne zahlungserinnerung. ich wusste nicht mal, dass noch was offen ist. rechtlich gedeckt, ist mir klar. mit seinen kunden so umzugehen, ein anderes kapitel. man kann als einmann-betrieb ja wirklich mal etwas übersehen. die sind mich als kundin jedenfalls los - ich muss dort nicht kaufen. schreiben an die geschäftsleitung geht heute noch raus. lasse meine kundendaten löschen. NEVER EVER!!
Ich habe am Montag auf Rechnung (Lieferung: 1-2 Werktage) bestellt, am MITTWOCH bekomme ich Info, dass ich doch auf vorab bezahlen solle, und erst dann 3-4 Tage später wird die Ware versendet!
Auf auf viele Anfragen, die Ware bitte wegzusenden, da ich diese dringend benötige, wurde nicht eingegangen. Kundenservice ist etwas anderes!!!
Schade das es hier keine Möglichkeit gibt gar keinen Stern zu wählen!!!
