I paid 150£ with @paypal account with £31 service fees too.

This company is full of scam. I contacted them to get appointments for Spain visa as my first entry is Spain but he gave me appointments on France visa office and I told them I don't have an itinerary to support this application form and he promised to gave me false itinerary for my trip and I have to sign it, therefore I may be made responsible for submitting incorrect information. I have to take update everyday day as I sent him more than 20 email also tried to contacted them for change my visa application with BLS office because I don't want go with this false process so asked him about office address and he disconnected the call. After that I tried to conatct him more than 20 times but no answer. Now he is not responding any email about my refund.

Person name in the agency are "Lucas", "David" , "Paul"

Then I realised this is completely scam agency.

Stay away no matter how desperate you are to get an appointment

Update: as this place ask for payment via paypal I manage to lodge a dispute with PayPal and after review have refunded my £69. Great service from PayPal!

Original: This organisation is a scam artist taking advantage of the backlog of schengen visa appointments in London (6 month waiting list as I write this for Netherlands trips). I called them and they assured me that they could get me an appointment for a Netherlands Schengen Visa in two weeks (but I must pay and start the process). Promptly paid and after many follow ups up to two weeks the response I got is that they're following up. After the promised appointment date passed, there was radio silence on the phone and email. I emailed for a refund, after which I got a call and "Alex" said that they do no have a refund policy but I will get an appointment. After a few mails, calls, incl request to pay another £69 (which I refused) I was given an appointment date and a filled out application form. Except the form was for visiting France for the French consulate. I told them I don't have an itinerary to support this application form and may be liable for providing false information as I have to sign it. Their response now from a Gmail address: "Do not worry this is the appointment for schengen and you will get a schengen visa and once you get you can go anywhere in the whole schengen zone.

Best Regards,
Lucas"
I this point I knew for certain that I was scammed as having been through this process before I know you have to apply at the consulate of the country of first entry or longest stay and I wasn't planning on visiting France. Again after I queried this I have yet to hear from them again.
