Hi, I would like to share my terrible experience with the company Schengen Visa Consultancy Limited.

When it comes to taking money, this company’s main agent, Deshraj, calls and messages nonstop, acting very polite and helpful. But once he received nearly £600 from my husband for a Schengen visa, everything completely changed.

He had promised that my husband would get a six-month visa, and even said that if he didn’t, he would refund the money. The first time, my husband didn’t get the visa. Then Deshraj said we needed to book flight tickets to try again, so my husband did — but later had to cancel them because the application was mishandled.

During the second attempt, Deshraj even entered the wrong date of birth, and once again my husband didn’t get the visa. Despite all this hassle and the repeated mistakes on their side, he still charged nearly £600 and refused to take any responsibility.

My husband called him many times, but there was no answer. When he finally sent a message asking for a refund, Deshraj replied with rude and disrespectful messages, even claiming that my husband somehow owed him more money, which makes absolutely no sense.

It’s worth mentioning that when it came to taking money, Deshraj would call my husband at any time — even late at night. But now, when it comes to a refund, he completely ignores phone calls and messages. My husband has tried to contact him many times, but he never picks up.

This visa was meant for our family holiday last week, something we had been planning for years. The whole trip was ruined — we couldn’t go, and we also lost money on cancellations — all because of their dishonesty, misleading promises, carelessness, and unprofessional behavior.

The positive reviews on their website also seem fake, likely written by friends or family members to mislead others.

Please be very careful before trusting this company. I don’t want anyone else to go through what we’ve been through or lose so much money because of them.
