Friendly and professional service, with prompt replies and clear guidance that made me feel prepared. A few documents turned out not to be needed, and some paperwork arrived quite late the evening before my appointment, which was a little stressful. Overall, very helpful support with just a few small areas to improve.

The service was bad.

1. Agent didn’t inform me about the need for having a uk work visa that is valid for 3 months after returning from the schegen trip. They charge for documentation review but didn’t review any documents that were provided by me and hence my application wasn’t accepted. What was the use of appointing an agent when he couldn’t review and update on this information in advance.
2. He took an appointment with Lithuania embassy though I had no travel plans to this place. The agent said its the easiest country to get visa but no need to travel there. This is unethical and can impact future visas
3. He doesn’t answers calls once payment is made. A total of 333gbp was charged to me by him and my application wasn’t even accepted.
4. The agent was rude to begin with and the experience was very bad, waste of money.
