Firstly the service is really expensive for not working. Maybe for some but n9t for me. I signed up for a free trial, and us3d Google pay except the card I used originally and the one billed were not the same. 45 dollars. Since it wasn't my card that ended up being charged im not happy and am currently requesting a refund because wtf. No reminder email "for free trial ends tomorrow." Really you shouldn't be charging for this service as scholarships generally go to people with financial need, but also I expect better results, or just results..

Very fast response time even through e-mail for customer service. She was friendly, helpful and considerate! The customer service rep made everything easy and painless for me.

If I could give this site a zero-star rating, I would. The website claims you need to fill out around 30 applications to earn one scholarship. I personally submitted over 100 applications and we did not receive a single award. My son is an Eagle Scout with decent grades, and if he couldn’t qualify for anything, I highly doubt many others have success here.
In my opinion, this website preys on families who are desperate for scholarship help. I would be genuinely surprised if anyone has ever received a legitimate scholarship through it. Please be cautious—this feels like nothing more than a scam designed to take advantage of people. Do not trust them.

The customer service was helpful. Canceling my free trail had not worked the night I needed it to, but the customer serive helped me get my refund!

This part of the message is for Scholarship owl themselves and not the customer service. Please include emails that tell you how long you have until you're free trial is up. I get constant email from you guys which is fine. But I had to remember that I had to cancel it, not you guys, and you guys don't normally offer refunds, which is a little unfair. This is the first service i've had in a while that doesn't do this, and I think it's one of the best things a service can do it shows they care about their customers.

I could give zero stars I would. Do not give these people your credit card information. Their website redirects to to another website scholarship4surveys.com automatically. It makes you think that this is where you should cancel the membership and it’s not. Do not use this site they are scam artists. They charged me $65.70 after the free trial and will not refund my money.

The initial confusion was settled as soon as I woke up. Very quick reply, helpful, and very professional. I was not sure what could be done about the issue, but they helped me and I was able to get it sorted. Their representative Lena did an amazing job, and I appreciate their help.

I’m so grateful that this site is legit it’s so many scandals in this world but not this platform. My son actually won one of the scholarships on here and I’m hoping that he will find success in receiving more. It is a little pricey but I feel like it’s worth it
