Broken Chime just before a concert
We had a chime break about 2 weeks ahead of a performance. I called in the replacement order to let them know of the upcoming performance. Initially, I was quoted 4 weeks, but they would do their best. I was just notified that it is in the mail and will arrive 5 days before the concert. Thank you! Thank you!

Quality of products is excellent but shipping was disappointing.
Quality of products is excellent.
This is the best handbell company that exists.
However, USPS shipping took over a week for one handbell handle. And when a handle breaks in rehearsal I need the new handle by the next rehearsal. I was disappointed in the shipping time.

Easy to order on line. When I called for information, the information and response was friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be once the online order is placed, it would be nice to receive a confirmation and estimated shipping date. Would certainly do business and recommend your firm to others.

Our bells are very old
Our bells are very old, so old that replacement parts to match our bells are no longer available, so we didn’t know what to buy! But Schulmerich came to our rescue and recommended the new parts and all the “innards” we would need to make them work. Thankful for their expertise!
