I ordered a pair of heels from their website. They came in a smashed up box, the shoes were uncomfortable to even try on and very cheaply made. Their return process was horrible and overly complicated. When reaching out to their customer service they claimed I never submitted for a return so I was not able to return even thought I had email confirmation of it. Overall wasted $120 and was rudely spoken to by their customer service.
I bought from schutz 2 pairs of sneakers. One pair came apart after 5 wears, and the second one after 15. Really poor quality. Contacted customer support and they were completely unhelpful, they couldn't care less. When I tried to give a review on their website it never would go through.
This is a follow-up to a no show order that I finally cancelled. I really wanted the shoes so I purchased from Nordstrom. THE SHOES BROKE ON THE FIRST WEARING while I was on vacation. Thankfully, a store was nearby so I could get a shoe that actually functioned properly. They went back to Nordys the moment I got back home.
Used to love this brand, but their quality has seriously declined. As well, their customer service and return process is an absolute nightmare. I do not recommend purchasing from Schutz.com. But, if you must, use a third party so you can avoid their customer service.
Horrible experience. First time and last time. Cheap quality shoes, both pairs. VERY DIFFICULT COMPLICATED TIME COSUMING RETURN PROCESS. Schutz is dishonest and issued me a refund $100.00 short. Expensive gimmic garbage.
I wanted to buy two pairs of sandals one being in the sale and one that was full price. Schutz are doing a promotion which if you make a full price purchase over £200 you will receive a free cosmetic bag.
Firstly my full price pair of sandals were not over £200 so even though I was not eligible for the free cosmetic they popped it in my basket and it blocked me from them claiming my first customer discount. I emailed them countless times and explained I wanted it removed from my basket completely. They then went on to try and charge me £43 for something I did not want. But hey then I could get my first customer discount code but I would have to buy the bag. Customer service is terrible. No worse they were trying to con me. I’m just thankful I didn’t go ahead and order the sandals because this is a demonstration of how they treat their customers. Supposing the sandals were faulty. If they can’t help you when you want to spend over £200 they sure as hell won’t help if you need to return something. AVOID AVOID AVOID. THIS COMPANY DESERVE 0 STARS.
Really difficult doing business with schutz. The website isn’t user friendly, the refund/exchange process is onerous (if not impossible), and it takes days to receive email replies from customer service reps. It’s a shame—I’d really love schutz to be my new, go-to shoe!
Purchased a pair of sandals online. Was $128. Description said leather. However when received shoes clearly stated not leather. When I tried to give a review it never would go through. So I thought perhaps some type of fluke. So tried 2 more times. Review never went through. I attest to the fact that they don’t want any negative reviews. I’ve purchased approximately 10 pairs of shoes. I won’t purchase from them again. Deception clearly!!!

Avoid, the worst customer service experience! Customer service is full of amateurs, zero follow up system and just copy paste generic messages. Please save your money and spend it elsewhere. The shoes aren't that great of a quality either. Back and forth for nearly five months and I still haven't received my refund in full.
I concur with all the reviews. I have purchased several pairs of shoes from this online retailer. For the most part, I have been satisfied with the quality. BUT, their customer service and return policy are sorely lacking. That’s where the problems start. I recently placed an order for two pairs of shoes by accident on a Sunday. I immediately sent an email to cancel. I received a response on Monday basically saying the order had already been processed and “probably” couldn’t be canceled. My question was, how? You weren’t even open when I placed the order. Anyway, they sent me a return label in the same email. Once I received the shoes, had I intentionally placed the order, I would have returned them. Neither fit well. When, I returned them, I was told one pair was eligible for exchange only and the other pair was not eligible for return. After I went off on them, they ultimately agreed to give me store credit for the pair they claimed wasn’t eligible for return. I just received the notice of return received. So, I’m waiting to see if I actually get the store credit as promised. Other than obvious deficiencies in customer service, they are tolerable and the shoes I have received and kept were as advertised.
This is without a doubt the worst company to deal with. I would highly recommend that you do not buy any products of theirs online. They do not have customer service. I can’t help but believe that this company is a bit of a scam. Just feel that it is fair to give people out there a warning.
I purchased a pair of boots in black and fell in love. They came in a cardboard shipping box and the shoe box was pristine. When I opened the shoe box, it was obvious that it had never been opened before. The tissue paper was so perfect and the boots were placed neatly inside with all of the stuffing in place. They were comfortable when I wore them and looked so good! So, I ordered them in brown the next day.
I received the brown pair yesterday and my mind was BLOWN! The shoe box is so torn up that the boots slid out and were just crumpled down in the bottom of the bag with all of the tissue paper! Why the hell would you ship a huge boot box in a plastic bag instead of a box? I guess because the box is so torn and beat up that it isn't worth protecting. Besides that, the boots were an obvious return. They were still unzipped and have creases in the toes!! Someone could have at least taken the time to stuff them with tissue again and zip the damn boots up so they didn't look they had just been returned.
The sad part is that this is the SECOND time that I have received a purchase in a beat up shoe box with shoes thrown in it, that was shipped in a plastic bag instead of a shipping box.
These boots, unfortunately, are not returnable so I have to exchange them for something else. This is not what I expect when I spend my hard earned money to make a purchase! It doesn't represent your company well and I am going to review this purchase all over the internet.

Do NOT order from their website! Ordered some shoes from their website, keeping one pair but returning the others but their return policy is all over the place and they are not responding with my return label. All shoes being returned have not been worn and are in original packing. No communication in response to the return process form. A couple of pairs they randomly said could only be exchanged and then on pair they asked for a picture?? Just that one pair?! Who is running this company.
How on earth do these companies still get away with this? Made a purchase and when the shoe arrived the packaging was unprofessional. As for the shoe itself- all the edges looked glued and handpainted over, to try and blend in. I was in disbelief honestly, I laughed. I tried them on and they were extremely cheap, there's no way to walk in them comfortably so I immediately placed them back in the box and requested a refund. Was told no return, exchange only. A BIG HINT to pay attention to was the lack of reviews. Every single shoe on their site has 0-3 listed and when I tried to leave an honest review it wouldnt post, that's not possible for a "successful" brand. The price point on each shoe is absolutely ridiculous. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this. *Update- I finally spoke to someone in customer service who after a little back and forth got the manager to agree to a partial refund. I provided plenty of pictures to show the quality of the shoe and a comparison of a similar price point shoe from another company I had just received, to show there was a clear difference. I did receive a partial refund and appreciated the kindness of the person. But I will never order from this company again, the shoes themselves are useless.
Terrible experience, zero customer service. Unless you know your size and are certain you won't be returning the item, go ahead and order. Otherwise avoid this place like plague. Honestly their customer care is the definition of the worst online shopping experience.

Purchased a pair of shoes received them opened up the box did not see anything wrong put them back in the box and kept them in closet till I can wear them which was to a upcoming wedding a few months later. The wedding came I put shoes on when I got out of vehicle notice the metal pin that holds the strap kept coming loose. We’ll In looking I see that metal stick is too short to go in the strap hole so it doesn’t hold. I called Shultz but because several months have gone by they can’t do anything. I even explained to them I don’t want to return the shoes I want to get them fixed charge is only $20 if that. Nope they won’t do that !!! Like I would have known from opening the box and looking at the shoes to see that the strap is not going to hold while u walk that’s not something you see unless u wear the shoes. Some customers buy shoes and don’t wear them right away especially a person like me that has over 100 shoes. the shoes were $199 but got them on sale. So now I have to take new shoes even though there a few months old to go repair them.

I ordered a size 38 but received a size 40! I followed instructions on their page saying Schutz uses the USA sizing and in the end, I got UK sizing - my boots are 40! I did not get the return label on my package!
So now I have to pay $271.22 and these boots are too big for me! The cost of returning the boots is too big (approx. $100).
EDIT: I got the return label after I started posting to their SM pages. BUT NOW I HAVE TO PAY the return costs (85$) even though the size that was sent to me war f** wrong!
I was sent a 20% off coupon to be used on my 1st order.
