THIS IS lying by omission and this is going to be posted ALL OVER THE INTERNET.
I ordered two pairs of shoes on Sept 2nd. One pair was cancelled due to "damage preparing for shipping" It is now 4 weeks later and the other pair has not shipped. No email. No notification. And not responding to chat. I am filing fraud charges with PayPal. It is 2022 and this is disgusting. I will NEVER order from this shady company again.

I ordered the large black croc tote. I think it’s their only bag and it’s the flimsiest bad, has no shape, very thing and cheap material. Over $200 wasted on a bag. Don’t buy anything here!!!
I ordered 4 pair of shoes from Schutz and shipping was great I received everything just fine but....one pair of my shoes was used clearly looked worn. The other pairs were fine except all the toe straps on every shoe is very wide for some reason. I sent them an email and tried to return all the shoes but they don't want to give me my money back just a store credit. It takes several days to get a response from them. I ordered a pair of shoes once before from them and even as pretty as they were they looked like plastic. I won't ever do business here again. This is very bad business to keep someone else's money you have not earned.
I work in e-commerce and they have terrible customer service and an even worse return/exchange process. As another reviewer mentioned, I received a faulty pair of shoes that I ordered for my wedding. The leather was ripped on the heel when they arrived. I reached out to them to send a replacement and they just sent me links to perform a normal exchange on their website. I told them I didn't have time to go through this whole process, be charged again, and wait as my wedding is coming up but they insisted I have to go through the whole process as anyone else would. They DO NOT stand behind their products, if they arrive damaged, you are treated as though you just didn't like your order. No discounts, no reimbursements. Their internal customer service and QA problems ultimately fall on you as a customer to fix it. Stick to other quality brands that don't make you jump through hoops just to receive the product that you paid for undamaged. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
I ordered sandals for my wedding. The product was defective so I contacted Customer Services right away upon delivery. They said that given the product was defective (I had sent photos), I could return it free of charge - which I did. I re-ordered a new pair of the same sandals on the website shortly thereafter. I had to chase them for the reimbursement of the first pair. When they did, the amount they reimbursed was $33 less than what I paid! I have asked them to explain why I was not fully reimbursed given that the return was due to a defective product. No response. Followed-up again last week and no response.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.
Awful online business they say to call but there’s no phone number on the website, i ordered my grad shoes from them and they got sent to the wrong house, trying to get in contact with someone is impossible, when i finally did they told me they would talk to the warehouse and email me tommorow, they never did and i had to go to one of there stores far away to get shoes and still had to pay for a new pair and then they told me to return the other, if i could give less stars i would, i also ordered them on may 17 and they still wernt delivered, awful buisness to try to contact and they probably don’t even care.

These shoes may look cute but they are far from cute for your feet. You minds well wear razors. That’s how uncomfortable these shoes can be. Any heel I’ve ever purchased has been a total nightmare. They have no support whatsoever and your feet are hurting badly within minutes. I have a pair of their boots which are a little better and some flat gladiators that are cute but stay away from any heel. They have no cushion at all. Oh and don’t dare buy a size you’re unsure of online with a final sale - they will try to deny you a return.
I wish I could leave less stars. I received a pair of shoes that were so wide that I could have put two of my feet in them. I did a return request and returned them through fedex with the generated label from the website. They are now refusing to refund me and stating that they cannot track the shoes. This is because when you go back to their site to find your return label, it just generated a whole new one. So they cannot locate the correct tracking number. This is a problem with their own site and customer service, and I am paying for it. Really horrible shoes and even worse customer service. Pathetic thieves.

Will never shop here again. the shoes are absolutely NOT true to size, which would be fine if they allowed you to exchange sizes… but they do not.There is no holiday return extension as most stores have so that you can buy Christmas gifts and return them after the holidays. My mother puchased these shoes for me for Christmas (a size 8 and I am true to size). They didn’t fit because the sizing is incorrect and I am now stuck with 170 dollar shoes that don’t fit me and they won’t exchange for the correct size. Horrible
I ordered a pair of size 9 boots in September and when I decided to wear them in December they were extremely large. I checked the box and it showed a 9. I checked the boots and they sent a 9.5 in a 9 box. I attempted to return their error and was denied. I will never purchase another pair of shoes from Schutz.
Customer service is trash. At first all I wanted was to exchange for a different size now, I all I want is my money back. Customer service doesn't call back or email back. I eventually had to call a local store in Beverly Hills and was told to send the boots to their store. From now on buying my boots from Freebird by Steve Madden!!
Wrong sizes were sent to me. I have emailed them several times with no reply impossible to get through their live chat and no one replies to emails! I am waiting for a refund. Shoes were returned over 8 weeks ago!
Worst experience I have ever had dealing with a shoe company. I received the shoes which were too small emailed the company several times the wrong date of order was typed on my packing slip and will not accept my order number or my email address. I can’t even sell the shoes because the straps are too short. This company needs to be reported. Has no phone number does not answer emails also tried the chat never responded I am out of $140.00 and I am pissed to say the least. Bogus company don’t waste your time or money
Please proceed with caution. I ordered shoes and never received them. Customer service non-existent/unresponsive. You can’t reach anyone by phone — only email, and all you get back is an auto-generated email. I finally got someone to respond to a chat on their website, but they offered very little help other than an apology- still have not refunded me or sent merchandise. Save your hard earned money for a retailer that deserves your business. Me and others have had a nightmare experience. Don’t think they will survive with their current subpar operation standards. Sad but true.
Awful time getting a hold of customer service. I was able to chat with them online, and now am unable to do so. Get no one over the phone , and no response back for my return. Can’t air up to 15 days for a re shipment of new size or refund. I needed them for a wedding, the shoes are now oos online in my size after waiting over a week since my return was processed by them, and no idea when. I’ll be getting a refund if ever, bc I get absolutely no response back. Absolutely terrible customer service on their end.
Apparently their sandals run small and their boots run big. I am usually a ten is most shoes never had to go up, initially I thought maybe this one particular shoe just runs small but then two shoes later those are too small as well. They have on their site that their shoes are true to size but that is totally false. My second complaint is why would have to wait to for a return to be approved? As a consumer I should be able to return a product that no longer suits me for any reason as long as I am with it the return period. Trying to get a hold of someone is IMPOSSIBLE!! I have emailed customer service, created two tickets online and called their non working number repeatedly. As most of the viewers I considered them to be a reputable site since their shoes were sold at popular department stores but it turns out that you receive much better customer service and support for your Overseas based companies.
