I had an amazing experience with Scicon Sports.

My Scicon Aerocomfort was damaged after a flight and not able to be fixed. I bought a new one, but I had a new flight just a few days after, and was worried I could not receive it in time. I called them and told them my situation, and they sent it right away, and just 3 days after, I received my new Scicon Aerocomfort 3.0 Road.
They even helped me with my case with the airline. Their response has been very fast, and they have been really helpful all the way through.

I would also like to point out, that my previous suitcase was totally damaged, but there was not a single scratch on the bike - not even bended hoods on the handlebar. So there’s no doubt, that their suitcase provide optimal protection of the bike. All in all I’ve only had good experiences with Scicon Sports and can only recommend them for anyone looking for a suitcase for their bike!

I’ve owned a Scicon Aero bike bag for some time now and couldn’t be happier with it. It’s well-designed, durable, and has made traveling with my bike so much easier. Recently, however, one of the frame screws came loose and was unfortunately lost.

I reached out to Scicon’s customer service team to ask if it was possible to buy a replacement. To my surprise, they didn’t just offer to sell me the part—they sent me the necessary spares completely free of charge.

It’s rare these days to experience such genuinely helpful and generous customer service. Scicon didn’t just meet expectations, they exceeded them. I’m even more loyal to the brand now and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any cyclist.

Ordered a pair of bike sunglasses, which seem very nice and good quality. But the fact that the company by default ships by air mail (within Europe) so I could receive the package less than 48 hours after I ordered makes me annoyed and sad. Irresponsible business actions like that costs a few stars.

I've had an aerotech bike box for a few years and it has been absolutely brilliant - I would strongly recommend the ease of use and level of protection. As important though is the standard of customer service. I recently had to request a couple of small parts and the speed and quality of service was second to none. They clearly care about your bike and you as a customer.

I'm an Ironman and I love to go racing around the world so I needed a very Good bag that could protect my (quite expensive…) bike.
My family gifted me an Aerocomfort Triathlon bag and finally I've got the best suitcase I could.

In good faith I purchased a bike bag. It was too big for the airline.
I had to return it.
I was charged $76.75 for an item that cost $524.50 ( shipping both ways).
There was noting in their website that said I would be charged for shipping both ways. I do not recommend this company

I recently purchased an Aero comfort Road bag for my Orbea gravel bike to take with me to Saudi. Recommend this bike travel bag to anyone who wants to transport their bike on a flight, the bike bag worked exceptionally well—easy to pack and well protected my bike. Also easy to move it around.

Can only repeat what has been stated here already.Sicon sports proportions to be world class but their after sales service is e-. Company should have a phone service in Aus and put more staff on to reply in a timely manner to emails!! I find the product ok but has some design flaws. In my email I offered to give a long term review to help thier product design..buuuut still waiting for the return email!!

I've just returned from a five-week trip to Europe which included cycling in France and Italy. We went to other destinations too, and my bike travelled the whole way with me (except to Greece) on many flights. The Aerocomfort 3.0 Road Bike Travel Bag was an absolute joy to travel with. It's incredibly easy to pack one's bike - just take the wheels off - and fits easily and comfortably inside the bag. I remember the 'old days' with other bags where it was a complete mission - one needed to almost dismantle the whole bike to get it into the bag!
It's really easy to move through the airports with it too. The bag's wheels are a dream and roll really easily. The quality of the bag is amazing, and a nice touch is that all the bits and pieces are labelled so there's no guesswork as to what goes where when packing your bike. When empty, it folds up into a small-ish size and fits into its storage bag which is provided. No more having big, empty bike bags lying around the place!
It's always a worry watching one's bike bag disappearing into the depths of any airport, but I'm pleased to report that there was absolutely no damage to my bike or the bag.
This truly is a top quality product, and great value for money, and will put your mind at rest each time you load it onto a plane.
In my humble opinion, it's the only bike bag to buy!! Well done Scicon and thanks Johan for your assistance!

I have been traveling with the Scicon TT bag for 7 years now and I travel 5-6 times a year to different locations all around the world. The bag is super comfy to travel with and carry along and also my bike has never had any drama. I once had a issue with Swiss Air where they must have let the bag fall out if the plane as the whole frame of the back was bended but during that whole incident my bike did not have any scratches or damage.

These bags have been trusted by many Triathletes for years.

It is also light weight so you can even add wetsuit to bike to safe luggage space in checked bag.

We traveled to Scotland from SA for UCI world champs & traveled with road bike & tt-bike. Of course the biggest concern was safety & setup of the bikes.
Johan from Scicon SA went out of his way to make sure we had the Scicon Aerocomfort 3.0 TSA bike bag in time (we already had the roadbike version) for our travel
The convenience of not needing to take anything apart on the TT-bike, where setup is of paramount importance is my favorite feature (except for the wheels that come off of course)
I am notorious for stripping zips and the quality and durability of these zips are excellent.
You can see that the bag has been designed with the athlete in mind with small refined features like tags and bags that frees your hands from small ‘stuff’ especially when you just get off the plane & need that extra pair of hands
Steering / dragging the bag is also a pleasure and we could easily manage 2 bike bags with luggage through the airport

In 2023 I traveled to UCI World Champs in Scotland. I purchased 2 Scicon Aerocomfort TSA 3.0 bags to take my road bike and TT bike. The packing of both bikes was so easy and bikes felt secure. It was a added bonus that I did not need to take the bike apart. Just remove the wheels and load. No need to take the bike apart and mess with the setup. My bikes arrived with no damage. I have traveled again since and would highly recommend the bag to anyone. The bag material, wheels and the zippers is great quality.

Bought a AEROCOMFORT MTB BIKE TRAVEL BAG - MY19 few months ago and have used it quite a bit. Super happy with the protection it offers my bike and also being able to pack all your kit, shoes and accessories in the bag is a super plus point. Easy to use and being female even easier to transport and maneuver. Would Definitely recommend the bike bag.

Incorrect item received. I have been sending their CustomerCareAU & Global emails daily. No response. Still haven't received my original order. I have tried to make contact with them via Messenger. Still no response. It's like they do not exist. Avoid them.

Proud owner of 3 Medium Luggage(80L 2WD) trolleys. After a lot of research and comparing other brands, I opted for these for design and durability. I’ve taken them backpacking tours to India, South America and Asia and have not let me down.
Laura in customer services was amazing during purchase and helped me with all my questions. She helped arrange a speedy delivery through DHL international and is a great ambassador for the Scicon brand!!

First time I have used this company, took a chance and ordered bike travel bag plus other items for a race I had in less than a week. Beatrice was excellent said would be delivered, ordered on a Wednesday was delivered on the following Monday. Will be ordering again from them, quicker than UK companies excellent service.

I ordered cycling glasses with a very good sale price. Order arrived two days later (in Europe). Of course I didn't have to deal with customer service, but I wanted to provide an alternative view. When things go well, nothing to worry about. Very smooth and reliable purchasing experience.

Ordered their race day rain bag via their online website which showed the item in stock/available.

I received an automated order confirmation email shortly after I paid, but that’s where the communications stopped.

After not hearing anything for 4 working day after I made the order, I contacted customer services via email. Please note they offer no other form of contact options.

After 2 days I got a reply informing me the bag is out of stock and won’t arrive until a month after I ordered it.

No form of compensation or apology was offered. I checked their website on the same day and the bag is still showing as available!

I would avoid at all costs and spend your hard earned cash elsewhere. I haven’t even received the product so I’d hate to think of the service if there was an issue or you needed to return something!

I purchased Aerocomfort 3.0 TSA and used it on two trips. The first time everything went smoothly. On the second time - it did not. On inbound flight, the shifters got bent, which made me start wondering how much protection the bike bag offers. On the return flight... the bike got destroyed. The bag offered no protection. Saddle was extremely bent, seatpost deep into frame and, what's worst, frame got cracked internally. I believe my bicycle would have better chances of survival in a fully soft bag. I shared my experience on SciCon website but it was never published. I cannot recommend the bag to anyone
