Rubbish customer service, avoid at any cost.
No proper contact options, only email with slow reply. Carrier delivered my parcel to different place and during my conversation with support agents I constantly receiving emails like “ I can see that parcel was delivered to “James Bond” THIS IS NOT ME!!! I haven’t mentioned any safe spaces on delivery notes!!! It’s already been a week since delivery and I’m still receiving same AI generated responses once in two days.

Requesting a return is not possible on their website, and I got no answer from customer service whatsoever!! (I wrote them several emails, requesting help for the return process)

I would never ever buy from them again, their "service" is one of the worst there is, because they offer none...!!

Use with care if you are ordering from UK. This retailer is based in Italy. Returns are costly and then they will try to charge you extra for "customs and tax". We all know that re-importing and returning goods is free from tax. None of this is made clear on their website.

I am extremely upset with the lack of customer service with warranty issues. I have used my scicon bike bag 4 times and the zipper has broken. I have tried contacting them via email on multiple occasions since May with no response as my warranty expires in early October. I would never recommend this bag to anyone since they don’t stand behind their product when there is an issue. A big disappointment!!!!!!

During guarantee period my scicon bike travel bag lost rigidity and lower front side of the bag became fallen down. When contacted Scicon customer service we were requested to send pictures and videos showing how we are fixing the bike into the bag (quite unusual but we did). More than 20 days after sending pictures and videos and several request made we have no answer about the solution to be provided by Scicon.

I purchased a SCI CON Triathlon Aerocomfort 3.0 bike bag last year in April. The bag was used 3 times and split along a seam just last week. PBK whom I purchased the bag from contacted SCI CON and advised the issue was not under warranty. I will never purchased a SCI CON product again or buy from PBK. This is disgraceful

I had exactly the same experience as another reviewer. Used the Aerocomfort bike bag 3.0 triathlon bag twice. On the second time the frame bent - but the impact didn’t damage my carbon bike or wheels. So it seems bit strange that such a minor impact causes the metal frame to bend so easily. I had the bag for less than 5. When I contacted the manufacturer Scicon wouldn’t send me a replacement frame they asked me to purchase a new component! When I asked why - as the bag was still under warranty they asked me to contact the seller directly.

First use the wheel hub suffered a bad gouging - the bag didn’t protect. Second use the clamp holding the support frame in place broke and the outer plastic wheel hub protector came off. Pretty disappointed at this price. Customer service were unhelpful.

Easy to use however not suitable for airplanes, due to the handling in airport/airplane. Bike frame broken

I purchased this bag to transport my road bike. On it’s very first outing it failed catastrophically, splitting right down the seam at the handlebar part of the bike, exposing the bike to damage. I accept these things can happen but the company response was equally rubbish - they offered to repair it for me but only if I paid shipping & customs to get it from Scotland to Italy. I asked if they would reimburse me if I got it repaired locally but they flatly refused. Avoid this bag, it’s hopeless and the customer service is hopeless too, you’d honestly be better with a cardboard bike box from your local shop & some gaffa tape!

I own the following products: Scicon Aerocomfort triathlon bike bag, 110L rolling luggage, Rain bag, packing cubes, wash kit and laundry bags, as well as various bike frame and aerobar padding.

My frustration with Scicon is, whilst I like the products in general, there are some nagging issues with each.

The Aerocomfort bag internal frame is poorly finished and should feature a machined support for the dropouts to mimic a hub. Throwing on a chain roller would be a good design improvement.

The 110L bag is good whilst the wheels last. Unfortunately they aren't properly supported by the plastic inserts on the corners, and splay, lowering the base of the bag so it catches on the ground. I have a bag that is less two years old, with life left in it, but the wheels are worn rendering it unusable. Scicon do not sell replacement parts, contributing to the landfill issue unless I can work out some way to fit third party wheels and fashion a more secure axle.

The laundry bag is really useful for throwing all my cycling and running kit in the laundry, but the rubber zip puller came off after one wash.

Products are quite highly priced, and I feel they could be better designed.

The customer support has been poor in trying to source spares, in particular for the 110L bag. The website has a section for spares, but leads to an empty page. Contacting Scicon just resulted in an email telling me to contact the retailer, despite not pursuing a warranty claim. I won't buy more products from Scicon until their product support improves.

Scicon quality shocking, warrantee worthless! Purchased an Aerotech Evolution TSA Bike Case. Cracked first time used starting at hinge rivet - clearly a design floor. Yet after several months neither Scicon nor ProBikeKit will honour the warrantee despite case having NO other damage or marks. Don't be fooled by great reviews as poor reviews appear to not be published. (Have tried for months!) Now avoiding all & Scicon products.

Fantastic customer service.

I had an expensive bike saddle bag delivered which was gorgeous but came with a broken part of the zip. Customer service got back to me in 4 minutes and gave me a new one on warrantee! Could not be happier, thank you so much Scicon bags
