Level of care depends on the practitioner
The nurse practitioner I saw for hormones didn’t really address my main concerns which were debilitating exhaustion and brain fog. She adjusted my prescription and added another hormone which hopefully will be helpful but didn’t offer any other suggestions that would help with this level of fatigue. She said she would send along a list of supplements as well, which I haven’t received.
The NP I saw to chat about GLP1 usage was much more helpful and I felt fully explained my options to me.
