The estriol cream is a total money…
The estriol cream is a total money grab. I tried several times to inquire about the costs of the cream and insurance coverage/direct billing but was given vague answers. I paid the 25$ dollars but did not hear anything back for over a week. Finally the pharmacy contacted me (they at least were helpful) and informed me that insurance does not cover compounded medications that are for cosmetic purposes and that a three months supply of the cream would cost me 230$. As well, Science and Humans made an error on the prescription and added Tretinoin in it even though I specifically said in the health questionnaire that I did not want it included in the preparation. Because of this, the pharmacy had to cancel the prescription because they were not able to adjust it. Waiting to hear back regarding next steps. Altogether a terrible experience that feels purposefully vague and shady. Will not do business with this company again and will not recommend.

Feedback & Request for Clarity…
Feedback & Request for Clarity Regarding Treatment and Costs
I want to start by saying I understand this is a private clinic and I’ve found the services helpful when I’ve been able to afford them. However, my recent experience has left me frustrated, confused, and feeling unsupported — especially during a time when I couldn’t work and needed help the most.
Once I had a gap in income, everything seemed to be put on hold without clear communication. My treatment was effectively cancelled, and I had no idea how to proceed. I couldn’t refill my prescription, and when I tried, I was told I needed to speak to a doctor. But then the doctor’s side said it was cancelled because I didn’t renew — a frustrating loop where I didn’t know what step I missed or how to fix it. This lack of clarity pushed me into unsafe alternatives just to continue treatment.
Right now, there is no clear, step-by-step guide for patients on how to maintain treatment once it begins. That’s where I think the clinic is falling short — especially for people who don’t understand medical or billing jargon.
Here are a few things that would help a lot:
• A simple treatment roadmap:
• When and how often prescriptions need to be refilled.
• When and how to book follow-ups.
• How often bloodwork is required and how to book it.
• What happens if payment is delayed or missed.
• A clear breakdown of costs:
• What exactly does ”$200 TRT – Recurring” mean?
• Is that for medication, lab tests, a doctor’s time, a follow-up appointment, or just writing the prescription?
• How often is that $200 charged — every month, every 8 weeks?
• Simplified, plain-language communication for patients who struggle with medical terminology or vague billing phrases.
It often feels like if you can’t pay immediately, you’re left behind — no support, no clarity, no follow-up. I understand this is a business, but patients deserve to know exactly what they’re paying for, how often, and what steps they need to take to safely continue their treatment. Right now, everything feels too vague, and that’s dangerous when it comes to people’s health.
I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously, not as a complaint but as a genuine request to improve patient care and communication.
Thank you.
Great experience
The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and kind. All of my questions were answered and I was able to make a decision on the best course of action for my weight-loss journey.

This is absolutely the worst service I…
This is absolutely the worst service I have ever used. First I had to contact their customer support just to remind them that they hadn't sent me a blood requisition form. I got the form at the cost of a dollar hence the two stars. I was not informed that I would be receiving a bill for $200 and before receiving the invoice for $200 they had already tried to Bill my credit card without informing me. I tried contacting their customer service support number several times and still have not gotten a response in regards to the reason why I should pay them $200. So I am not pleased with this company they do not have clear communication I should not have had to remind them to send me a blood requisition form. And it is there duty to inform anyone that is going to go get blood work that they're going to be receiving a $200 bill for services they haven't yet provided. Therefore I feel I shouldn't have to pay a bill because I haven't even seen a doctor yet I haven't spoken to a pharmacist nothing they haven't prescribed me anything. I am extremely disappointed with this company.

Process was easy to get started. Consult was a little confusing because you had to use a separate app.
Otherwise all good.
Fantastic Experience
Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff. Made sure I was aware of the entire process and made sure I was aware of any potential issues.
Get out your wallet
Very thorough and evidence based service but they absolutely refuse to offer oral estrogen or testosterone and instead insist or expensive compounded creams. Another barrier and burden for women-the last thing we need!
Terrible experience
Terrible experience, hidden fees, extortion. This service has become a scam, they offer free bloodwork and then charge you in all these hidden fees. I paid $70 at my pharmacy, while their preferred currier (pocket pills) is charging $135. This is a scam, if you want to opt out you must then pay more money to practitioner. Fraudulent behaviour. I do not recommend.
