Insightful and Valuable Resource

As an athlete and medical professional I have been gifted with an intuition to movement. My involvement in sport has been a focus on performance and return to performance, a bridging between science of performance and rehabilitation. There is power in collaboration and I find this perfect marriage within the Sport of Science.
Sport of science has a brilliant format to share resources and effectively cut through the rubbish of today’s S&C world. What I really appreciate is how Sport of Science goes through all different research papers on popular topics and provide a concise summary of recent research.
The format is easily navigable and user-friendly. I have found immense value in adding resources from Sport of Science to my other resources and learning. I can take research to my professional skills and athletic ability with confidence.

Just want to say thank you for the hard work and effort everyone has put into Sport of Science. I am grateful for everything that is provided in this format and what it gives me and other readers.
