The importance of Science for Sport

Science for Sport is a great tool for coaches or any professionals that are working in the sports field. It helps us keep to date to the latest articles and gives us insight from professionals that are specialists in certain areas. By publishing regularly on social media with quotes from great coaches and athletes it gives us different perspectives and makes us think about what we are doing daily with our athletes and how can we get better. All the available resources like the podcasts, the performance digest, bonus content and the opportunity of being in the coaches club enable us, coaches, to have constant new information about different content. Besides, it makes discussions with different coaches easy. I've been a member for almost 3 years now and it's definitely a really good tool for my development as a coach.
