Update: A week after the "let me look into this" email, I've heard nothing else.

Update: Scion has resolved it. This took a long time, but I'm happy that it's been sorted out now.

Extremely disappointed that one of the plates I bought arrived smashed, but worse still is that after more than a week of sending emails, using the website's contact form and attempting to contact them via Facebook, nobody from Scion Living has replied. Sadly it looks like I'll have to go to my credit card company now.

I love the modern take on an Arts&Crafts style. The colours are bright but not loud and the pattern is delicate but very noticeable.

The quality of the wallpaper is lovely, beautiful design and I’ll def purchase again if delivery sorted. My only peeve is that next day delivery is advertised within UK and while I expect it to be a bit longer to the north of Scotland I waited a week for delivery. Postage cost is almost £10 which is extremely high, esp for such slow delivery.

I had a lovely experience ordering here. I love the Scion prints, and I have bought some items on EU websites previously. But delivery to the Netherlands was quick and hassle free, like Brexit never happened! Absolutely recommended.

Your tiny spatula is a must in my kitchen, more so if it has a hedgehog on it! One I bought many years ago is showing signs of much wear and tear so I ordered 2 more to keep me going. They are fab, I have larger ones too which are also fab. I have towels, chopping boards, tea towels, towels, bedding, all sorts of stuff from Scion - all of it with hedgehogs on it and its all fab.

My product came soaking wet. The box and the product inside it which was wallpaper. Trying to send it back with no luck, said they could organise a courier to pick it up still waiting.

Perfect packaging, communication and product. No clear information on import tax when you're placing an order (UK-NL). Had to pay €33 at the door when package was delivered.

Delivery was very fast. The wallpaper is stunning, although it's not up yet it I'm really happy with it

The delivery service was excellent, ordered Friday and received on Monday.
The wallpaper colour was just as I’d hoped for but I’m yet to hang it and so it hasn’t been unwrapped.

I was delighted to find more of these mugs. My old ones have lasted for more than 10 years and ine was broken accidentally. Very fast delivery. Great price for quality product.

Amazing quality wallpaper which is wipeable and a great thickness. Easy to hang and is gorgeous when up!

I have not bought wallpaper from Scion before, however I had bought Mr Fox items several years ago so I knew it was a quality brand.
I purchased 6 rolls of wallpaper and I am absolutely thrilled with the quality and design. It went on perfectly, my husband recently wallpapered one of my daughters bathrooms and her paper was more expensive but ripped and was so thin. This wallpaper however was a dream to put up and he didn’t moan once 😂 .
I’d definitely buy again and the delivery was first class arriving very promptly. Well done Scion you deserve 10/10.
