Regular communication via telephone where necessary. Straight forward process. All surveyors, installers were polite, professional and friendly. I felt like a valued customer. Owen who installed the insulation made sure to explain everything he had done and took time to make sure I was pleased with the job. I would recommend.

Loft insulation
Jack Scott installed insulation to my loft.
I cannot commend him highly enough for the work that he carried out and on his own. He took away all the old fibre glass loft insulation and left everything clean and tidy. He also made insulation packs up for both loft hatches.
He was very professional and polite throughout the visit.

Would recommend - good job done
The workmen, Roman and Kane , arrived on time and were very polite. They surveyed the house side and out with us then set to work . Throughout the process they checked any queries with us to make sure they did the best job possible . They worked efficiently and neatly .

Mike & Paul Cavity Insulation Install
Mike & Paul, completed our cavity insulation installation yesterday. A father and son dynamic duo, despite ours being the last job of the day on a hot day, they arrived and were very professional throughout.
They explained clearly what was to be done, very considerate when working on the inside and outside of the house.
The dynamic duo worked quickly and thoroughly round the house to the complete the work and where possible tried to keep the dust from drilling down to minimum.
All questions about the material and how it works were answered and you could tell they were very knowledgeable with over 20 years experience.
Today you can barely tell where the holes were drilled due to the fact the mortar was mixed to match the existing mortar colour as closely as possible.
Would recommend them to anyone using SCIS in the north.
Thanks for the making the experience as easy and worry free.

Anatoli, Jack and their supervisor have just finished installing insulation to our attic and fitting trickle vents to our existing double glazing.
I cannot commend them enough, they protected the floor, left everything clean and tidy and were done within 2 hours.
The schedulers have also been very helpful and efficient as we had to delay their visit twice in the build-up to today as we were not ready for them!
I am looking forward to a date for the final visit to the fit roof vents for the new extractor fans.

Great customer service
My loft was insulated by Jack a few weeks ago. I couldn’t fault him, went above and beyond to get the job done, really friendly and polite. No issues with timing, I was contacted the day before and Jack turned up within the allotted time slot.

Don't bother..
I am compelled to share my recent experience with South Coast Insulation Services (SCIS), which has left me thoroughly frustrated and deeply disappointed. I had scheduled a surveyor appointment with SCIS and even took the afternoon off work to accommodate their visit. Unfortunately, they failed to show up.
To make matters worse, there was absolutely no communication from SCIS regarding their no-show. Despite numerous attempts to contact their office, my calls went unanswered, leaving me without any information or explanation.
This level of service is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the company's lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers' time and commitments. Such behavior severely damages their reputation and trustworthiness. If this is indicative of how SCIS operates, I would strongly caution others against using their services.
A company that cannot manage basic scheduling or maintain open lines of communication is not one I can recommend or trust for something as important as home insulation.
I hope SCIS takes serious steps to address these issues, but as of now, my experience has been nothing short of appalling.

Poor planning and organisation but excellent workmen
The planning and organisation left a lot to be desired. Multiple times I booked dates for vents and walls to be filled that were not honored due to not having parts, jobs being cancelled from the system for no reason, multiple calls to head office to rearrange and multiple days off taken. Was a comedy of errors. However, someone finally took responsibility and organized for the vents and walls to both be filled on one day to avoid any further chaos and I appreciated that. Also, once the workmen did actually arrive I was very pleased with their work. The electrician Damien and Mike and Paul who fitted the vents and filled the walls were polite, explained things clearly, were efficient and tidy and if I was rating based solely on their work I would have given 5 stars.

Graham & Owen turned up exactly when they said they would. They completed the install of loft insulation and window trickle vents quite quickly which I was happy with. They let me know exactly what they were doing and why they were doing it and the benefits. They also showed me their work once completed to make sure I was 100% happy with it and I was then cleaned up and ran the hoover round. I can not fault these guys. Very Reliable, Efficient and Professional. 5*
