Loft and Cavity wall insulation.
Over all a good and quick experience , would have been a five star if the installer of the loft insulation had not dislodged the bathroom down lighters out of place and left them down slightly. Workmen polite and helpful. Thankyou to Jack Williams.

Solar panels installed without issue or hinderance at mother-in-laws bungalow
Solar panels installed at my mother-in-law’s bungalow Claverley - end Sept 2025.
No issues at all and installed and finished in a timely manner. Electrician arrived as planned so I could let him
In and left him to it as Gill was in hospital on that day. Final follow up call from Jack Williams to confirm it’s all good to go was useful.
Happy with end to end service from survey to installation. Looking forward to seeing what savings can be made.

There was no clear communication
There was no clear communication. The engineers installed the equipment and left without confirming or informing me that they've completed their job. They didn't even explain to me how the system works, no operating manual was left. This was really unprofessional to say the least.
