I recently had cavity wall insulation installed by SCIS Ltd, and I couldn’t be pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful.
A special thank you to Kane Roberts, the engineer who carried out the work with precision and care. He was punctual, courteous, making sure the job was done to the highest standard and clean up after all the work was done.
I’d also like to extend my gratitude to Geraldine Facchinello, who booked this all in, Her communication was spot-on, and she made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

A great experience.....
It was a great experience from start to finish. All the chaps were pleasant and finished the job by lunch which was great for us as we didn't need to stay at home all day.
They broke a few tiles but replaced them the next day.
Overall happy with the job they've done.
Jack was helpful on the phone earlier.

Things went very smoothly on the day
Things went very smoothly on the day, the workers were efficient and friendly.
The only problem with the process was due to the first contractor not being able to carry out the work as scaffolding was required, which meant that the job was delayed.

I received several calls to arrange for my solar panels to be installed , however several times did not go up as planned and no one arrived , I had to take both these days off to be home and was unpaid. 3rd time lucky and went up and was happy with the final result and engineer who entered my home.

This company didn't always keep to appointments and just turned up without notice not helpful when your at work. little disappointing and put the box in the wrong place so then had to wait for them to move it which took 2/3 weeks 4 weeks altogether to have it installed.no problem with solar panels since installed.

Low quality control, poor workmanship
Installed air vent in our Kitchen and Bathroom. Exterior vent for the Kitchen was incorrectly fitted and allowed rain in which blew the extractor. They sent an electrician to replace the extractor, but he would not do that until they sent someone to refit the vent, so we had to wait for a roofer? to come and rectify that before they sent the electrician to replace the broken extractor.
The bathroom extractor should have had a vent in the roof tiles, but instead we were left with a white plastic pipe sticking out of the eaves underneath the roof tiles. They sent someone out who was unable to fit a vent in the tiles and suggested a vent through the brickwork to the side of my property but as they wouldn't be able to get the drill machine into the roof space this would have to be done from the exterior. Requiring scaffolding. After contacting them several times, they eventually sent someone out to assess the job who told me the would send a ROOFER out (I have no idea what trade the previous workmen were) who would be able to cut a slate to the right size and fit a vent. During all this time I was constantly bombarded with requests to send a utility bill or council tax bill so they could get paid and close the job off. If they put as much energy into the quality control of their work as they put into getting paid and closing each job ,I am sure they would increase their customer satisfaction

As a rule, I never agree to anything resulting from a cold call, especially when it’s supposedly free of charge. However, this was an exception. Victor A-B the Brand Ambassador was amazing. Highly knowledgeable, attentive, professional and not at all pushy, he explained everything and continued to correspond with me, answering my questions right up until the work was done. Communication was excellent and all work including replacement of extractor fans, the survey and the work itself, was carried out in a professional and efficient manner. Thanks to Jack W, Jonathan H, Tony and the two workers who completed the job on the day, as well as the admin staff. A great job!
