Over the moon with the installation
Had my solar panels installed yesterday the three installers were very polite and professional. My wiring situation presented them with a problem or two which the team easily overcame. Very tidy job to say that I over the moon is an understatement.
Even had a follow up call from Jack to make sure that everything went well which of course it had.

From first contact to finishing was excellent all the guys who came from rep to installers all where brilliant did the work cleaned up after they was finished. Few days later had telephone call from Geraldine very friendly asking how everything went. Explained everything went will and I would definitely recommend scis ltd

From knock on door and meeting staff . Surveyor cam same day and a date was fixed for job . Which was completed within 3 weeks
Engineer Roman Beinarovics and his assistant Josh were very polite and tidy , if pots were moved they were put back . Considering the workmen had travelled a long way , job well done
Phone calls from Rachel and jack have been very helpful and polite

Cavity wall installation
I recently had my wall cavities filled by this company and from the very first interaction it was an enjoyable experience the staff are incredibly friendly especially Geraldine in customer service :) they mainted great communication throughout the whole process they explained exactly what would be happening the workers that came out were friendly professional and incredibly polite I would recommend this company in a heartbeat 10/10 service all round thank you :)

Great Job
Absolutely chuffed to bits. Both teams were brilliant. Polite, respectful and friendly. Matthew Horne was our engineer and I couldn’t fault them. If something needed moving it was moved to safety and returned after everything was cleaned away. These guys don’t get enough credit, given the distance and time travelling that they have to do for this type of job.

Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience. We had our initial survey done nearly 4 months ago and we still have heard nothing. We chase weekly and are told they’re waiting for a report from the surveyor that they can’t contact? No accountability, no phone calls to confirm any update. Complete waste of time at the moment

The removal of the installation was shocking the mess that was left was unbelievable, 2 wks later the guys came to reinstall the installation was told they would be back in 10mins after taking photos and having to speak to a supervisor but they just disappeared, I rang and complained and the 2 lads they sent 2 days later were amazing they ran into an issue with balls coming into my kitchen but they were both straight on it and clearing them away they were both professional and able to laugh with me over it all they both deserve the praise for their actions and cleanliness
