I really couldn't fault these lads that fitted the solar panels . They were very polite happy and was available to ask questions about what they were doing 😊 they we're very tidy and cleared up after them self's. Lovely bunch of lads credit where credit is due 😊

SCIS have delivered an excellent service.
They came on time, on the days booked, and completed the work quickly and efficiently.
They were tidy and when one of the fans initially failed, returned to assess and replace/ fix the fan. I was really grateful for this aftercare and it made me even more confident.

Mostly Efficient And Polite (Updated Review)
We had our home insulated a couple of weeks ago and everything went relatively smoothly. A team came out first to clear out all the old insulation, they were polite and efficient, apart from it being really really noisy for the whole day, it went smoothly. The second team came to put in the new insulation, this was done quite quickly. This is where I had a bit of a problem, I heard I shouting loudly then running to the van “shut it off, shut it off” I wasn’t aware at first what the problem was but then was told they had had a bit of a leak. One of them was scraping a small patch on the ground, so I gave him a wire brush and went back inside. Next thing I know, they have quickly loaded their van and left, no word, nothing. It wasn’t until I was clearing up millions of little silver balls up we saw why they had left in a hurry. My front porch was flooded and what we first thought was water, was the glue they used all over the windows. We also discovered it all over the driveway and garden, so now we knew why they had left in a hurry. We thought someone would come out and check the work but no one came so I contacted my Unitas liaison office who got in touch with the company. They obviously were not aware that there had been any problem but as soon as Jack was aware, someone came out, who managed to clean it off the windows and pavement. All in all, everything worked out ok, problems were sorted and I suppose accidents happen. Lessons can be learnt and I’m sure that Jack will make sure that if this ever happened again that his teams know to clean it up properly, before they leave.
I am downgrading my rating, the damage that was done is going to outweigh the positive review. As above, there was a leakage of the liquid product that they use. Someone came out and cleared a little away but we since discovered it was way worse that we originally thought. As my home is a council property, I feel I need to address this damage that is not only all over my front porch but all up the external wall and meter cupboards. I have tried myself to remove some of it but it is not coming off and now left brownish stains everywhere.
Another point I want to make, No one checked my loft before or after the work. I have a lot of items up there which I fear I might have to get rid of it all. I haven’t been up there myself thankfully with my breathing problems, however two engineers changing the converter for the solar panels had to come back down to mask up. They told me I was very very dusty up there and I saw the evidence falling through the hatch, it was big floating piles of dust. Both engineers having to vacuum my hallway as it was covered. It wasn’t like this before the insulation work started as I had some come out and put some new insulation padding where there was patches missing. So this can only have been from this company not doing their jobs properly, either the clearing out which wasn’t checked it had been done properly, or the injection of products was not done properly, like I said before, they just left the job without saying they were finished and did not check my loft. For this reason I have now changed my rating to 1 star as I am really really not happy

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish, the first call I received from a lovely lady who was kind and understanding around scheduling the first appointment for a specific day. When the first two guys arrived they explained what they would be doing how long and what to expect and were true to their word.
Second lot of guys who turned up again absolutely fantastic completed the work quickly.

5 star service from start to finish! The men who came to the door for the initial discussion, were wonderful, very polite and informative and knowledgeable! Survey was easy, fast and efficient and got booked in within 2 weeks. The workmen who carried out the cavity wall Insulation where again fast and efficient, arrived on time and was finished in great time. No mess/damage or wholes left anywhere. Very satisfied, highly recommend!

Top class work force
I had three visits, cavity wall insulation, fan in bathroom and in kitchen. All who came to my house were so friendly and explained every procedure fully.
