Scofi installed a new boiler for me back in October 2021. I have refrained from writing a review until now as, despite it not being a positive experience, I was giving them the benefit of the doubt on various issues that have occurred since. However, following an annual boiler service carried out recently (by another company), the boiler installation was classed as unsafe, turned off and a “Danger - Safety Warning - Do Not Use” sticker put on it. Today I had an engineer from Gas Safe Register visit (on my request) to inspect the installation who has confirmed the installation is unsafe and stuck his own “Danger - Safety Warning - Do Not Use” sticker on it. Scott the owner of the Scofi was invited to attend and did so. He admitted that the installation was incorrect and not once apologised. This was the same (no apology) when they installed the wrong wattage boiler on day one (instead blaming their supplier). Needless to say I do not recommend this company. They have nice glossy brochures stating their vision “to deliver our customers an outstanding service that focuses on quality, honesty, value for money and customer satisfaction”. Sadly this has not been my experience.

Scott & his team juggled their appointments so that my boiler could be fitted within days, which was excellent!

Always so happy with the service from Scofi. We’ve used them for a number of years with jobs ranging from small tweaks to new boilers / radiators. Engineers are all very helpful and do a great job and easy to have around. Would very highly recommend.

HI, Scott came to see us really quickly. As we have an elderly person living with us, he changed his schedule to ensure we were not without heating for longer than a couple of days (over the weekend actually). He and Jack were both very pleasant and polite and cleaned up perfectly behind themselves.
I would recommend them to other households with pleasure.

A thoroughly professional and efficient service from start to completion. My engineer Harry who fitted my new boiler was pleasant and talked me through any aspect I enquired about with patience. He was punctual and tidy and was knowledgeable and friendly.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for future work.

Thank you to jake and mags at scofi i had to have a replacement toilet because of someone else doing bad work jake went out of his way to try and mend it but he couldnt so i ordered one from screwfix and he was so good he went and picked it up for me and fitted the price was good aswell .Will be using this company again thank you again.

Speed!! I’d gone 3 weeks without a boiler!!!after speaking to Scott, same day came to look, 2 days later got a quote, when I accepted quote, job was done my the lovely Harry within 4/5 days, left my house clean and tidy!! You’d never know he’d been here, any future problems they are the ones I’ll call, many thanks as well to mags!! Lovely lady who kept me informed

Harry who came to fit our new boiler was a very professional man. He did a fantastic job in fitting our new boiler and nothing was too much trouble for him. And explained in depth on how the new boiler works.

Great service from start to finish. Arrived on time to look at what was need3d for estimate. Estimate received within 24 hours. I asked if I could change the make of boiler quoted for as the one I thought about was a little cheaper. There was no argument just a revised estimate which I thought was fair for the work and items involved. The installation was booked for 3 working days later giving me a time for the engineer, Harry, to arrive and estimated time need3d to complete the work. Received a text from Harry 30 minutes before arrival which gave us time to sort ourselves out. Harry arrived and started work taking out the old boiler straight away. He was very tidy in both his work and appearance and apart from a quick lunch break worked until he'd completed the install. He left the premises tider than he found it 😆 🤣. Very impressed and would have no hesitation in recommending this company in the future. Great service from start to finish.

Not going to write an epic, just to say, amazing service, value for money, Installation engineer Harry was brilliant, Mags and Lucy in the office, a pleasure to deal with, just the whole package was excellent, wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, Thanks again Antony Fay..Horsham..

I wanted a new boiler for quite some time but after observing the disasters two of my neighbours encountered I was hesitant to start the process.
However, it had to be done and I was lucky to come across 'Scofi' Plumbing and Heating.
Scott gave me a choice of boilers I could install with honest explanations. I knew I could trust him.
Richard and Jake, the engineers, were punctual and worked hard both days without a break.
They were professional, efficient and on top of that cheerful. It was a pleasure to see them harmonise as a team to make the job run smoothly.

Great comms, price, and a very well-run team. Even when there were issues, they were quickly resolved. You're not working with just a good company, but with people who take accountability and responsibility. Lucy, Mags, were great to organise various appointments, ordering of parts, etc. Harry, who fitted our new boiler was exceptional - very tidy, conscientious, keeping me in the loop as the job progressed, with a final walk-through of the work done, follow-up activities, etc. All of this done in a single day.

From my estimate and excepting the quote to having my new boiler fitted I had excellent service, and the boiler fitter was very polite and helpful and cleaned up after could not fault his work

We had a new boiler fixed and we are happy with the job and the price was good compared to other companies.

We couldn’t be happier with Scott and the team - they installed a new boiler for us super quickly, and were friendly, professional and cleared everything away (leaving it tidier than when they started!). I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Great communication..Scott scoped the work in simple language..told me what to expect..off comm from Mag was great spoke without hard sales..showed great empathy when asking the questions..on the day two guys turned up..again they showed lots empathy..showed great respect...talked me through the job..they brought fun to a stress tome for me..no mess..all on time..took time to show me new system..mag called after installation to make sure all good..honestly if u want a local professional company look no further
