I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from everyone at Scofi. Scott was upfront about what was best for my property and for my requirements.
The day of install was very busy and noisy which was to be expected as they were moving and replacing all radiators and the boiler. Cannot fault the work and they left the house in great order, which was very impressive given the amount of work done.

What a refreshing experience.
Scott came to quote for a replacement boiler. He was very knowledgable and talked through options.The written quote was sent through quickly and Mags in the office was extremely helpful answering questions that we had. We had 3 quotes for the same set up and there was a difference of £900 between highest and lowest. After considering all options we booked Scofi. Competitive price, lovely people and a really smooth experience. Harry fitted our Valliant boiler in a day,was hard working, considerate of my video calls for work and did a great job. He tidied after completing the job.
In summary a fantastic customer experience and would highly recommend. The customer experience is the whole thing. Speed of quote, ease to work with and get questions answered, price and workmanship. They ticked every box. Great work Scofi!

Utterly professional in every aspect from the initial very fair and reasonable quote, from Scott in person, to the final installation. Every stage was executed with prompt, clear response from both the customer services team, Magdalena in particular, to the installation engineer, Harry, who was super slick & reassuring in the very few hours it took him to complete the installation.
This is a VERY HAPPY customer after having sought 4 quotes in total in order to remove and replace a, very exorbitantly expensive to run, electric Fischer boiler.

We recently had Scofi Plumbing replace our warm air heating system with a combi boiler and radiators, and overall, we're quite satisfied with the results.

The work was completed swiftly, taking only 3 days, which was impressive. The engineer(s), (Joe, Olly, and Jack) arrived promptly on the days of the work, and were very friendly and communicative. The quality of the workmanship is also good, and we're happy with the outcome.

However, there were a few hiccups along the way. During the initial visit to provide a quote, Scott arrived over 4 hours later than the quoted time, which was inconvenient. Additionally, it seemed that the engineer who performed the work hadn't been fully briefed on the details or spec of the works which were discussed during the initial visit, which was a bit concerning at the start, but thankfully this didn't cause any issues with regards to the end result.

Furthermore, we requested a follow-up visit which didn't go smoothly either. We were told the engineer would come in the morning, but they arrived at 2 pm when we were out, causing us to miss them. However, Scofi Plumbing did reschedule promptly.

The highlight of the follow-up visit was that they identified the source of the issue (a hard lump under the carpet which felt like a pipe above the floorboards). It turned out to be a drill bit left by one of the engineers during the installation. Once this was discovered, they rectified the situation (removed the drill bit from under the carpet) and re-laid the carpet properly.

Overall, despite these minor inconveniences, we appreciate Scofi Plumbing's professionalism and dedication to resolving issues promptly. We're now enjoying our new heating system and would definitely recommend their services.

Received a competitive quote from company for the most suitable boiler. On the day of installation (weather was dreadful) the engineer turned up bang on time. More work was required than envisaged, but didn't bother him. Spent the entire day(8 till 5.30) working and did a fantastic job. All areas were left clean and tidy! Would definitely recommend them!

A fantastic experience with Scofi when our boiler failed and our usual engineers were busy. Mags managed to get an engineer out to get us up and running despite it being on its last legs, we decided over the weekend to bite the bullet and just get a new boiler and Sofi managed to get us a slot at the end of the week. Really happy with the quality of work time it took and price, we will definitely use them again.

Scofi fitted a new boiler for me recently and were absolutely brilliant. Joe the fitter was lovely and very patient with my fussing about not letting my house cat out!
The fitting went very smoothly and with minimal mess and disruption. Magda and the rest of the team were also great.

Well I'm lost for words! I have just discovered a firm of old school proper engineers.
Scott visited our new property to give us a quote for a completely new hot water system and had all the time in the world to listen to my requirement and he explained every aspect of the work to be done, he made me feel like a valued customer, so when his very reasonable quote arrived the next day I accepted it without hesitation.
Joe turned up to do the job with as little disruption as possible, pulled out all of the old system and then went about performing his magic on the new copper pipework, which was more of an art form, perfect joints, perfect soldering, not a trace of solder or flux showing and then even polished the pipes afterwards!

Carpet was protected by special plastic covering and he wore special over shoes at all times to protect our home, Joe is a very friendly consummate professional and a credit to SCOFI ENERGY.

There was a time when a plumber was a plumber, but now the plumber is also an electrician, a carpenter and licensed to connect the gas supply. Harry from Scofi (Plumbing & Heating) was all of these and did a superb and very professional job, plus the Scofi estimate was a fair price. I am more than satisfied with the care to detail and Harry's professional approach, I give 10 out of 10 to Harry & Scofi. Dave.P

We’ve just had our back boiler upgraded to a combi boiler by Joe and Jack from Scofi. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship is second to none. They both kept disruption to a minimum and were very conscious of keeping the environment clear and clean.
Pre installation, organising a quote from Scott was easy. He made available to us three boiler options (high, mid, low price range) which I found really helpful to compare and research. The quotation was received within 24hour of the visit and broke down every element of the works needed.
Confirming and finding a suitable installation date was painless and easy too. Mags was easy to contact and very friendly. She was happy to answer any questions via phone or email.
Overall I am so happy with the choice I made by going ahead with Scofi. Finding the right contractor to employ is a very daunting process but I am confident in saying, I made a good choice and I would recommend using Scofi to my friends and family!

I have just had a new gas boiler fitted by Scofi plumbing and heating and can thoroughly recommend them . The engineer Harry that fitted the boiler was extremely conscientious had a very high standard of workmanship from start to finish .

My listed building non plumb walls threw up a few issues for the young installer more used to new builds. I asked Scott (who provided the original quote and knew there may be curve balls as a result of the building being old and listed) for a follow up visit and he came round within a couple of days / as soon as he could and rectified the problem. Scott the owner of Scofi did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with the final result. He went out of his way to ensure I was happy.

Had a replacement bath, productive discussion when quoting which helped with my decision. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Communication in-person and over the phone was clear. Great work! If I need any more work done in the future I will be back!

Scofi Energy engineers Joe, Ollie & Shane were amazing, very professional, friendly, tidy and efficient. Thanks to them we have our old back boiler replaced with a modern efficient new one in time for Christmas.

Brilliant service from Scofi. Scott attended same day to look at a leaky boiler when my usual go-to company wasn't available. Easy to contact via text message, email and over the phone and very helpful with advice when we had a few choices of what to do next. Lovely office team who are knowledgeable and helpful too, especially Mags. Really can't rate them highly enough - They'll now be the first number I call if I ever have a boiler issue.

We had a problem with our central heating, Mags in the office was quick to respond to my original enquiry and Joe came round within 2 days and was really helpful at explaining and checking possible problems. He was reluctant to just go ahead with an expensive system flush and looked for alternative solutions. He has left us with a lot warmer house with the option of a system flush at a later date if we are still feeling the cold. Very friendly polite and honest, I have no hesitation in recommending Scofi

Friendly and efficient service throughout, from survey to installation. The were worked with a minimum of disruption and cleared up afterwards leaving the place very much as they found it. They were approachable and easy to have in the house.
