The whole experience of changing my conventional gas boiler to a combi-boiler was superb. From the moment Scott visited the property to quote, it was clear he was very experienced with this kind of work. The quote arrived in very fast time, and was competitive to others I had received. The work was carried out within a couple of weeks by Joe and Jack, who were fantastic. They were polite, quiet and kept the house really clean. Within a day and a half, the work was complete, and the quality of workmanship was exemplary. It was neat, tidy and beautifully executed. Without exception, I can highly recommend Scofi Energy to anyone requiring gas boiler work.

We took ages before commissioning the replacement & re-siting of our 2007 boiler. Mags impressed me by continuiing to follow-up our initial enquiry at regular intervals & so we went with their quote as we felt they were customer-focused & reliable.
We were not disappointed. They weren't the lowest quote but it was worth it for their professionalism -they just did what they said - & did it very well.

Their after service is awful. Just to check on their work after two weeks (something was wrong) they charged £90. Very upsetting to an 84 year old lady.

Jack and Harry were our install team - both very diligent and worked so hard to get our unit installed and hot water on!
Ours ended up being a difficult install and the guys stayed on late to make sure it was completed.
Mags and Maddie in the office were so great, checking in on the install answering all my silly questions!

Every person at Scofi I dealt with has been courteous, knowledgeable, and had a lovely manner - so either their hiring practices, training, or both are excellent!

Scott came to give us an initial quotation for a new boiler and was lovely from the get-go, bringing his own shoe covers as it was a wet day and very helpful, explaining the differences between types of boiler when I asked (first time homeowner here) and going into detail about heat exchangers and materials for parts in different models. He was not patronising at all and genuinely enthusiastic and very knowledgeable.

Magdalen in the office has also been brilliant and detail-oriented - I explained that we wanted to change a few things in the bathroom while the system was drained, but that our budget was a bit limited. She listened carefully and I was surprised and delighted when she sent through the final quotation with a mood board of the different parts on a dark blue background. I had only briefly mentioned that we planned to paint the bathroom that colour, so her attention to detail was wonderful - she even sourced a vanity that complemented the colour scheme.

Joe, Jack, and Shay - the three different plumbers and heating engineers who came to do the work - were all scrupulously tidy, careful, and diligent in their work. They all also had a lovely manner and were all careful to protect the floors and any furnishings.

Overall, Scofi were not the cheapest quotation we received (or the most expensive) but the service we have received has been consistently excellent, and it really helps being able to deal with the same people each time. I would highly recommend them to complete any heating and plumbing work, whether you have a huge, high-budget project or have smaller jobs that need doing.

It was excellent to witness two young engineers who clearly knew their vocation.They worked diligently all day to install a combi boiler in my kitchen.They ensured that it was a complete success and the boiler and whole system was working efficiently before they left including providing the guidance on how it all worked.They were both polite and highly professional could not rate them and the lady in the office more highly.An incredibly effective company.

Mags is a delight to speak to and she never seemed to mind how many changes we made to our plans. Joe and Jack, although young, have a very mature outlook on work and completed an excellent job. Joe, Shay and Jack worked on our boiler installation and are great ambassadors for Scofi being friendly and efficient. Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also listened to my concerns and was great at explaining what they would be doing and how they would solve problems arising in converting our old heating system to combi boiler. Joe gave me a quick run through on how the boiler controls work and I have the manual but if any problems, which I do not envisage, said give us a call, so refreshing. Their reception team are great and Mags made everything quick and easy with her friendly manner, will be using them again.

I support a 91 year old female neighbour who is widowed and severely sight impaired. It became clear that her 25+ years old boiler was burning money, validated by £500 gas bills during some Winter months. Furthermore, the risk of a breakdown during the colder months was a disaster waiting to happen, yet in spite of this my neighbour was fearful of the cost of upgrading and the disruption to her home.
Scott from Scofi Heating visited and between us we created a fit for purpose boiler replacement solution, without any attempt at upselling whatsoever. This included a large digit Thermostat, suitable for the visually impaired, that I was then able to add to her Alexa system. She is now able to control her heating and hot water by simple voice commands, if she chooses.
In benchmarking Scofi Heatings pricing it was the most competitive by a generous margin, and their workmanship and respect for my neighbours property was beyond my expectations.
Hence a well earned 5 Star rating.

Scofi provided a brilliant service installing our new boiler and worked solidly through a hot day to fit it all inside one day. The work was neat, efficient and Harry and the team were very friendly and committed to making our new boiler experience smooth with minimal disruption. They returned to finish off tidying the old wall and fix the final changes with old pipes and water within 36 hours, and we're delighted with the experience overall. We would recommend to anyone.

I had an new gas boiler fitted great service from start to finish gave me what I needed didn't try to sell me all the extras which I didn't need changing.

My boiler needed replacing and Scofi were able to schedule the work very promptly. The new boiler was delivered directly from the supplier on the morning of the arranged install and Olly the engineer worked quickly and proficiently to remove the old boiler and install the new. When completed, Olly ensured everything was clean and tidy and that the old boiler and all packaging was taken away. Very happy with service provided and would recommend Scofi to others requiring a new boiler install.
