I contacted Scofi on the Saturday and Scott came out on the Tuesday to give a quote. The quote was in my inbox within an hour of Scott leaving. And they were able to fit us in the following day, or 2 days after that. The communication from Mags in the Office was fantastic, always knew what was going on. Scott and jack installed the new boiler and took the old one away in 3 hours. Cannot recommend this company enough.

We recently needed a boiler and shower replaced and due to home improvements on the horizon we wanted it moved in to the loft.

Several plumbers came out, but Scofi quickly became our number 1 choice.

We dealt with several members of the team from Mags who was our main contact who was always friendly and helpful, to Scott that came out and did the initial spec and quote, to the team of installers all of which were great to deal with.

Joe headed up most of the work and always kept us in the loop of what was being done and was always quick to check that we were happy with what work was being completed. We were always informed at every step and everything was left clean and tidy.

Price was an important factor, but the overall professionalism of everyone involved helped us make our choice and would happily recommned them to anyone.

Hi as, very pleased with attention to detail and speedy response. The quotation was very competitive and the installation once I had agreed to proceed took place very very quickly as requested as my current boiler had failed its annual service.
Unfortunately a small hiccup prevented the heating from coming on, although hot water was available - I notified them and made it clear I was not in a panic to get it sorted, but they took it very seriously and the engineer was on my door step same day to sort it - as anticipated it was a very simple matter. The engineer arrived on time for the initial fitting, got on with the job quietly and efficiently and was very tidy. Very happy to use them for future servicing and to replace the other boiler when it eventually give out - not too soon I hope fingers xxd.

Amazing service from start to finish and this even included the calls from the office. Amazing service all round. Olly started the process and completed the job with Jack Everything that I was informed about was completed on time and fully to the spec set out. No problems, no changes, no excuses, no let downs. Everything was amazing and extremely professional including a great sense of humour from the guys and I trusted them in my home. Thank you all, especially Olly and Jack and credit to Scofi for employing them.

Boiler replacement and Nest upgrade.
Scott came to quote, gave a good breakdown of the install and potential issues. Mags provided the quote and helped organise, once I'd decided to go with ScoFi.
The quote was close to lowest, very competitive.
Oliver, Shay and Jack came to do the install. All were polite and friendly. An issue with the boiler layout meant the gents had to return the next day to complete the work, staying late to ensure it was all done and working. The Nest was moving from just heating to heating and water, and Oliver ensured a complicated wiring tangle got connected correctly.
Everything was left tidy on completion.

Extremely helpful at quote stage, guiding me through the options and endless questions without any impatience. Prompt, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. The install was smooth, they were very friendly and you would've never known they'd even been here after they left. Competitive price for the boiler install. Faultless!

I’m from the states and was visiting my mother-in-law in West Sussex when she asked for my help getting a shower installed and a gas heater removed from the wall of her little flat. I checked with three organizations for quotes and was really impressed with Scofi Plumbing and Heating. Firstly, their communication was outstanding. Our primary point of contact was Magdalen Hollings or “Mags” as she goes by and she was just fabulous. Always prompt, very detailed emails and quote and perfect follow up. She helped organize an engineer to come by and take a look for the quote named Harry who was also great. Kind, courteous, very knowledgeable and also careful not to throw out figures or set expectations on timing without first checking back with HQ.
Their bid was not the lowest but it also was the highest and their reputation online was very good.
Ultimately, we decided to go with Scofi and we are very glad we did. The work was completed on time and in budget and at a high qualirty. If you are considering doing residential or commercial plumbing or gas or bathroom renovation, I would highly recommend Scofi.
