From the timely & competitive quote from Scott, the excellent communications from Mags, Tiger & Maddie and the quality workmanship from Ollie, Joe & Jack I can thoroughly recommend Scofi Plumbing & Heating.
Having had no hot water for a week, once the quote was approved the installation team arrived less than 24 hours later and worked late to finish the job !

Scott came to give us a quote and once accepted, handed the work over to Adam seamlessly. Adam did a brilliant job and was cheerful and professional throughout the two-day installation.
We had a problem with our water supply on day 2 which delayed the job by a couple of hours, but he stayed late just to make sure everything was finished.
The fact that Scofi were able to fit us in just three working days after our old boiler gave up was also amazing, and for a competitive price too. Not forgetting Mags who coordinated the whole effort and was friendly and efficient throughout.

It is fast, clean and professional service, I strongly suggest!!!

We found Adam to be extremely knowledgeable about all things oil boiler related, so had no hesitation in agreeing for Scofi to replace our heating system of 22 years (a job long overdue!) Despite a mix up in the number of days to complete the job, we came to an amicable resolution and work progressed according to schedule. We're really pleased with the workmanship from everyone involved in the refit and will have no hesitation in keeping the dialogue going and having Adam service our boiler in a years' time.

When my oil boiler needed bleeding, causing my house to have no hot water and heating, they had someone out to me in less than 24 hours.
The service received, both from Tiger in the office, and from Adam, the engineer, was brilliant. Both were friendly, understanding, and I was left with a feeling of being really well looked after.

Great company to deal with, Oliver arrived promptly and was very polite & friendly. A true credit to the company. He worked quickly and when he had finished the job explained what he had done, with photos!

I would highly recommend Scofi, and will definitely be using them again.

I was broken down at the side of a road with a flat tyre.
A Scofi van pulled up and I decided to ask for help from the driver despite the fact he looked busy. His name is Oliver Brooks and even though he was heading to a job he gave me 5 minutes of his time finding an air pump and pumping up my tyre so that I could make it to the nearest garage. He didn’t have to help, and when he did, he did it with such good grace and cheer, and a willingness to be of service. I wanted to leave this review as I felt he must reflect on his company he works for. A true gentleman and such a great guy. Thanks Olive for saving the day for me! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Scott and his team at Scofi are unbelievably talented. They combine speed and efficiency to get the job completed. They did a boiler installation for me and turned things around within 24 hours. Couldn't recommend highly enough! 5/5

We called scofi on the morning that we had no hot water and they luckily had a cancellation so Adam arrived early afternoon with the correct part very happy with their service highly recommended

I highly recommend Scofi. Scott gave us a very clear and competitive quote for a new boiler which he installed and then dealt with SGN to sort out a problem with the gas supply to the house. Scott, Harry and Joe have all been very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again.

Scott came round to give us a quote for replacing our boiler. He was very friendly, explained things and was honest. The quote was reasonable so we went with them.

Communication between us and Scofi were great, even though there was a slight misunderstanding.

Adam and Shay, were polite, friendly, explained things and just got on with what they needed to do. They cleared any mess that was made, which wasn't much at all and made sure we were happy when they left.

Great customer service, and we can highly recommend them and would be happy to use them in the future.

Everybody's so helpful, from the guy who did the quote, gave me options of boilers to choose from & explained everything well, to the secretary who explained options for finance, & kept in touch by email to the fitter who put my new gas boiler in 4 days later, just brilliant. Joe tidied up after himself, was punctual, showed me how to programme it.
I would highly recommend this firm.

Came around to give a quote. Email quotation received in less than 30mins after leaving. Great price. Went ahead with new combi install. All went smoothly. Really pleased. Nothing a problem.

What a lovely company! It started with the lovely Scott coming to look at our old boiler the same day I contacted them. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our never ending questions with expert knowledge.
We received a quote the same day to replace our combi boiler which was very competitive.
Mags in the office kept in contact with us regularly and was very friendly. Harry came to fit the new boiler within the week and was an expert worker and left the house clean and tidy. Will recommend to family and friends
