I decided to upgrade my downstairs lavatory with a more modern model -- and having used Scofi before, I contacted their office and arranged for engineer Adam to check measurements and fittings.
He arrived the same afternoon, discussed options with me to my satisfaction and said a quote would be e-mailed the next day.
After receiving and agreeing to the work to take place at a time suitable to me, the job was finished in the timescale and price quoted.
Thank you to Adam for measureing and advice, Tiger and Mags for your patience regarding a 'few' queries and of course to Joe for the fitting of the lavatory -- a friendly, helpful engineer who left everything clean and tidy.

At first was the Price qoating was affordable.
Then any times you called, there is always someone and very helpful.
Harry and Shay did a wonderful job, replacing my old conventional boiler and modified my pressurised pump and new pipe installation in one day.

Scofi quoted to replace our boiler one Saturday afternoon which was completed by Harry and his team by tea time the following Friday.
From start to finish Scofi excelled in all they undertook. My wife and I can unreservedly recommend the service Scofi provide.

My boiler was unexpectedly capped as unrepairable.

Excellent performance by Scifo. Turned up on an emergency call out and arranged replacement combi and installation for the next day. All installed with great efficiency and neatness. Can't recomend using your local business enough. Faster and less expensive than the big boys and also quickly contactable with human voice (thanks Mags) to make it all work well. 10/10 - well done.

They came out immediately to quote for a new boiler and fitted it within a couple of days. Everyone was courteous and efficient: the lady on the phone, Scott who came out to quote, Ollie & Jack who plumbed in the new boiler. They were clean and tidy and took every scrap of rubbish away. Ollie,particularly, went the extra mile to ensure everything worked well.

From the prompt reply to my request for a quote, to the excellent administrator and coordinator Mags and the friendly and efficient fitters, Joe and Shane, the service I received was excellent

I chose Scofi based on the reviews on here, and I wasn’t disappointed. Scott took me through what needed to be done to my rapidly deteriorating boiler. It was simple, informative, and told me everything without being a pushy sale, and my quote gave me options.

Harry had a particular tough job as the pipes were at least 20 years old and needed a full replacement, which he diligently did, despite it taking him too late in the day. Olly came the following day to finish off a minor issue, but all in all I found the whole process very straightforward and a quick process from start to finish.

I particularly like the little app which told me when my engineers were arriving. Very useful. And thanks to Mags in the office. She is a ray of sunshine. I’ll be using you all in the future.

Very professional boiler replacement from survey to finish.
Taking advice at survey saved me money, no up selling or hard sell, that in itself was refreshing.
On the arranged date I was contacted to let me know when the engineer (Harry) would arrive and he did on time. Carpet protector laid out, all very clean and tidy, all pipe work alterations extremely neat, new boiler now installed, system flushed, my heating has never been this efficient
And all at a competitive price. A+

My boiler was condemned and I rang Scofi on a recommendation. I spoke to Mags who went far beyond the norm was extremely helpful and pulled out all the stops to get a new boiler fitted . Adam arrived early morning and dealt with all the problems that comes with a replacement boiler with a calm professional manner I can’t praise him enough. My new boiler was fitted and working within a week. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing in this post covid world .

We had Scott and his apprentice Jack recently over to replace our Boiler. As the weather had started to turn much colder the work was successfully and efficiently completed within 2 days of first contact with Scofi. Their work was quick, very neat and professional. Also, Scott took his time to explain the options and additions to the work undertaken. I urgently needed a new boiler and Scott from Scofi Heating and Plumbing came to give me a quote. He provided not only the most competitively priced quote but I also liked his company ethos and his non pushy style.

Once I had decided to go with Scofi the very friendly and efficient Mags took over. She took my deposit over the phone and scheduled the fitting of the boiler, which she was able to arrange surprisingly quickly.

Matt then duly turned up at the alloted time, 8am, and worked like a trojan all day. I was really impressed by him. He was polite, friendly, tidied up after himself, explained what he was doing and left at 6pm only after checking everything thoroughly and that I was happy.

All in all a very impressive team and set up from start to finish that I would have no hesitation in recommending.

I will certainly be using them for my annual boiler services and now that they're in my contact book any other applicable services!

A complicated job, installing a new central heating boiler into my 40-plus year-old radiator system, was completed excellently by Scofi Plumbing & Heating. Keith, the installing engineer, worked tirelessly over two days and the result is a lovely warm house. Great stuff!
