Very efficient company. Good communication. Work done on schedule. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

I would highly rate this company. They went above and beyond. To start with, they booked a date in the diary quickly for a replacement boiler to be fitted. They turned up on time, were clean and tidy and lovely to have around. Especially when my elderly Neighbour collapsed on their doorstep. They scooped him up, got him inside and rang the emergency services. On top of all that, they fixed a few things in my house without being asked or charging! Please come again!

Scott and Mags at Scofi have been amazing to deal with. Scott is so reassuring and makes time to explain things to you, and Mags is so friendly and empathetic. Our house is toasty warm and water pressure is amazing. So glad we used this company

Scott of Scofi Plumbing &Heating came promptly to my call for a quote for a new Boiler and 8 new radiators.
He explained what I would need and went through throughly all the reasons why and answered my numerous questions too very pleasantly.
I say this as a lone woman having various trades in to quote that is not always the case unfortunately…..
His quote was very reasonable and competitive, he sent in a great team of plumbers namely Ollie,Joe and Harry, who like Scott were very knowledgeable and adaptable when a few problems occurred and they solved them very quickly, which I was extremely glad about.
They were also Clean and diligent workers and very pleasant to have in my home.

All in all a throughly good firm with thoughtful workers who I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

If i could give more stars i would. Scofi plumbing & heating are amazing. They not only helped us get a new boiler but worked out an amazing payment plan too. We tried loads of other places before we knew of this company and no one would help us. The service was excellent and everyone was so kind and helpful. Thank you so much for all you have done. We had an old boiler removed and replaced with a combi boiler. Price was very competitive, and we experienced a very professional service supported by quality engineers who demonstrated an excellent level of customer service, knowledge, ability and dedication to meeting the customer needs. Fantastic service. First a text message telling me what time they were coming. Friendly service from someone who wanted to help, rather than just take my money. I will continue to use this company. They fixed a leaking loo, and connected a shower that another plumber had said would not work! Very good.

I had a new boiler fitted yesterday by SCOFI and I am more than happy with the results. Ollie and Joe the fitters worked tirelessly from just after 8am till almost 8pm under restricted space,I was unable to use my kitchen as expected so it was a lovely touch when about 4pm Ollie asked if he could make me a cup of tea, they thanked me for my patience and left my flat spotless. Very happy with our new boiler from Scofi plumbing and heating, the price was good and Harry took the time to ensure the pipework was very neat and tidy.

My new boiler was fitted yesterday and just wanted to say thank you to all involved especially Harry the fitter! The work was carried out efficiently and more to the point tidily! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering having a boiler fitted.

I couldn't fault Scofi Plumbing and Heating or their engineers that carried out the work, who were polite, friendly, tidy, fast and efficient. There were no problems with the new system, so overall very happy. I would recommend them to other people.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Ordered a new boiler from this company. The quote was better than the other companies especially British Gas,with longer warranty as well. Scott arrived on time and finished the job on his actual time table. He even stayed late on his first day ensuring I have hot water and heat.
Honest and friendly gentleman. Was an expert in his field.
