I messaged Scott last year as my boiler packed up in end of December 2020. Scott sent Harry to fit me a new boiler. A year has passed and I needed a gas certificate and my boiler to be serviced before I sell my property. Within 4 days of contact Harry was once again promptly on the job and sorted everything :) it’s even better when you get on well with the workers as Harry was a pleasure to have in my home on both occasions. this company is fantastic with great workers and ethics:) once again Thankyou very much for all you help, would recommend and reuse over and over again

The Scofi team were quick, reliable, flexible and did a great job changing some radiators and pipes + a few other bits and bobs in our new house. They provided quotes quickly (where other plumbers ghosted us) and it was super helpful having Mags available to discuss what radiators / valves to order etc. Scott explained things really well and made lots of recommendations which we appreciated as we were pretty overwhelmed doing our first renovation! The rest of the team were very polite and helpful and left everything clean and tidy. Would highly recommend and will not hesitate to use them again when we come to change our boiler and do the rest of the house.

The existing boiler had packed up and I was using an immersion heater for hot water and a couple of fan heaters. After contacting SCOFI on Friday afternoon Scott came that evening to do a quote. I knew that a new boiler would require a new flue which in the current location in the house was a major job. Scott suggested moving the boiler to the loft. I received the qoute the next day and it was comparable with other qoutes. The clincher was SCOFI would do the job within 2 weeks which was far quicker than anyone else. During installation there were a couple of problems which Scott and Dan quickly resolved. Overall very impressed with the service provided by Scott and the team at SCOFI.

I had a really positive experience with Scofi this week. After we experienced a gas leak scare in the night, we called first thing and Adam was able to come round a few hours later to check our boiler. He quickly realised the issue and that it would be unable to be repaired but needed replacing entirely. Scott then took over and managed to source the correct boiler and fit it the same day, so by the end of the afternoon we were sorted. All those I dealt with were very professional and kind, and made what was a challenging day a lot better. I would have no hesitation in recommending Scofi.

They arranged a same day quote with no "hard sell". The price beat everyone else for the same Vailant boiler. They fitted it two days later with no fuss, no mess and no sudden "extras" on the bill. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Adam arrived at the agreed time 08.00 and began work immediately. He worked non-stop all day. He was efficient, polite and worked carefully in my mother's home. He took time to check that me and my mother were happy with the heat coming through the radiators and checked to make sure everything was safe. He left us at about 19:00 and we were extremely pleased with his work. We would happily recommend SCOFI and Adam.

When we had a leaking shower pump pipe recently, Scott quickly arranged for someone to look at it and it was very swiftly fixed, with clear explanation given as to the cause of the problem and what had been done to sort it. Many thanks!

We had our central heating system fitted by Scofi plumbing and heating in such an appalling way it would not work correctly we then had to pay another company to refit the entire system. Terrible experience stay well away

Scofi plumbers are only interested in getting the job done in as little time as possible the customers interests are of no interest to them. They do not give care and attention to any detail they are messey and do not cleanup after themselves they leave that for you to do. All they care about is the money I have had to employ another plumber to put their mistakes right

On time and did a great job, very professional left my home spotless and took all rubbish away with him.

Scott visited very promptly and issued a fixed price. Note it was fixed not an estimate like some. It was decided to alter the original layout and a revised quote was promptly sent.
Fitters arrived promptly on the agreed date and over two days fitted the boiler. All old units were removed and everything was left clean. During the work they laid special adhesive floor covering which ensured no marks left anywhere. Thoroughly recommended.
