I am a teacher and I can't save my agenda. Every time I want to go to "save", I can't reach it because of a loading bar from your app. I can' t move certain windons in the app itself, its a shame I have to waste my time trying over and over to make my agenda for one week...

Not happy with this service at all, they have fraudulent methods of taking your money they do not give you a warning of when the money is being taken. It is simply disgraceful. And even when you cancel the subscription the money is still taken.

Scoodle made their books stupid only with cases, and I don't like to learn with this method. the one that was before this year was better so it needs to be different

Horrible customer service. I’ve been trying to delete my account for almost a week now! I’ve emailed, chatted with Cat and even messaged the Instagram account yet no one has responded to me. Why am I unable to delete my own account? I want my information off the site immediately.

As a tutor I do not see the benefit. I have paid for a pro listing for a couple of months and have had no genuine enquiries as yet. I may be impatient and the site may be ok but my actual complaint is that I cannot delete my account. I have asked to delete my account and have had no response. There are no help answers on how to delete an account and it is not obvious. Why can't I delete it myself? It's my data. Surely under GDPR I should have full control of my own personal data.
Please can someone just get back to me and tell me how to delete my account. It's my personal information and I am not happy I cannot delete it as I see fit.

Cat was probably the most helpful service privider i have ever come across. Very quick and efficient in her responses, helping me with more than i had asked for which i am incredibly grateful for!

An amazing platform for connecting tutors and students. The customer service is great. The subjects offered by tutors for various levels are fascinating.

The app is so easy to use. My favourite thing is how tutors also show answers on their profiles. It lets me learn a little more about the teacher before I book a lesson with them.

I have no idea why I am still listed with Scoodle when I have told them I don't wish to tutor with them. This seems to be a recurring theme here. Remové my details and pictures from your site immediately.

The customer service is very poor I have been messaging them single Friday and I still have not got a reply. I tried the free trial and then I was charged and they would not refund me I said change it to the monthly one and they wouldn’t instead I was ignored.

Don't normally write reviews but the customer service and quick responses are amazing. There may be issues, but you can rest assure they will be resolved fast!

What an awesome idea. We have only used it once but found it really easy to find a tutor. Will certainly use again

Had a few issues with the app but the team was really responsive, helpful and encouraging. They also gave me a few suggestions on how to improve the quality of my tutorials which worked really well!

I think one of the most important features for an app as a tutor is how convenient it makes things and how quickly they look into queries/problems. I've had a few issues in the past, and the scoodle team have often been prompt in resolving them, making my life easier. I wouldn't recommend any other app as much within this sphere.

I've been using Scoodle for a few years now, and I've got to say, it's probably one of the best tutoring apps I've used. It's legit, they verify you and check details. Their customer service team is also great, dealing with issues efficiently. To be honest, they're fantastic. Defo recommend
