Great array of courses and best quality of material I found so far.
Unfortunately the app (at least on Apple devices) has significant stability issue to the point of becoming unusable. Keeps crashing every few minutes on both iPhones and iPads (tried several), and courses cannot be followed as you spend more time restarting than watching and learning.
This significantly impact negatively the user experience to the point of making it not good value for money.
This has to be fixed asap!
EDIT:
After a few days of email exchange with a very engaged customer service, they understood the problem and acknowledged the need to fix it, it was resolved brilliantly with a new app update that solved all the issue even on my old iPad that was generating some compatibility issue. Well done Scoolinary team, the app as well as the web browser now works perfectly. I will look forward enjoying many hours of high quality Scoolinary courses! Thank you!

The site is ok but there's an issue with renewal, they won't send you the email or it may go to spam and you'll be forced to renew, full price. It was impossible for me to cancel my suscription and I was automatically charged. My advice: cancel, in any way you can and with as much time as possible, because as of right now I still don't have any help and it affected my experience negatively.

I have subscribed for some course and they were very few based on the course type, the course ads were amazing but the content were less than minimal, like summery and it made me feel that this is an introduction and there might be another place to get the full version

I was surprise cause there's a bunch of different type of courses. I decided to suscribe it because the courses and recipes seem endless. It helped me to vary what I eat and inspired me to cook healthier too. Videos are so easy to follow step by step and even if the chef doesn't speak your language they're subtitled.
In short, I've learnt to cook better and I've found out how to prepare super delicious plates! I'm so happy.
Scoolinary covers a huge range of techniques, recipes, ethnic cuisines, including things I had no idea existed, like using a sous-vide approach to "cook" without heat. You can find very sophisticated desserts explained in detailed ways so you can make them happen in your own kitchen.

The video courses on Scoolinary are of high quality, with several very well known chefs sharing their knowledge and experience. The user support on the platform is excellent, with queries answered promptly. The courses are offered in multiple languages and new courses are added often. There are extra features that add value, such as a podcast and regular "cooking challenges", which encourages students to try exciting and interesting new recipes.

How to go back to the course first lesson I have purchased

I am loving the courses. So helpful and easy to follow.

I love these courses! They're so inspiring and easy to follow. The instructors are experts in their fields, and I learn a lot from each of them. Keep it up!

Very informative, my only issues are the substitutes and English subs. The subs are not always great and the same goes for the translations for some of the dubbed lessons. And unfortunately the Voice overs also sound very 1 dimensional and can really detract from the lesson where you can hear the enthusiasm and pride from the original audio (underneath the awful music).

Would be great for Spanish speakers; the courses themselves seem high quality with well known instructors. However, if you don't speak Spanish, it's a sub-par experience and I'm surprised by it - there is definitely a disconnect between the quality of their courses and the quality of their marketing to their target market (which should NOT be English speakers - they should focus on Spanish speakers only until they can nail their translations & provide a high-quality experience for English speakers - or don't venture into a new language at all). My experience: All the Scoolinary sign up ads I saw were in perfect, native-sounding English, as were the sign up pages on the website. So of course when I signed up, I had no reason to think the courses would ALL be in Spanish, with pretty rough auto-subtitles and often AI-voiceovers. There are actually a number of times when I saw the incorrect ingredients listed in the subtitles (only caught it because I knew what they were making) or the AI-voiceover translation sounded like something that was a joke translation rather than intentional. (Actually, I guess I can't say it was intentional, either, because the translation wasn't done by a human.) And almost a year later after signing up, it hasn't gotten better; they just sent me an email this morning in perfect English to advertise their new podcast - which is entirely in Spanish. 🤦♀️ There is nothing wrong with producing Spanish language culinary courses and staying true to that. But if you want to go into other languages, please be honest and upfront in your advertising about how the courses are presented and what to expect. If a customer's expectations are higher than what a business delivers, that's when dissatisfaction arises. Be upfront and honest (don't try to be something you're not) and all is well.

You can assist to professional classes with ones of the best chefs in the world, I really reccomend it.

I am learning a lot with these Courses, they are super complete and the offer is extremely wide so You can choose.
You can tell all the Chefs are top ones.
My first class is the Ramen-class. I really like the historical and all the other informations about this Japanese soup, the cooking techniques, Ramen-varieties and ingredients. Very interesting and I've learned a lot more than just to cook a Ramensoup.
Last weekend I invited some friends for a Ramen-Dinner I couldn't have done without this course.

Impossible to deactivate autorenew. The usual autorenew Scan. It should NOT be set by default.

Not as expected, I was hoping to improve my home cooking skills. These courses are aimed at the hospitality industry or chef´s.. not the average home cook, to create what I thought would be a simple dish then you have to invest $1000´s on expert machinery and get hold of very hard to find ingredients.
Tried to get a refund after only using the platform for a few hours my application was within 28 days however the support "person" told me the refund policy is 7 days. When contacting the support team they don´t use any names or really care about your situation. I was ill hence delay in applying for refund. They can clearly see i´ve only been on the platform for a few hours.
This return period is too short for anyone who has a life, job, kids to really assess if the platform is for them.
My advice is to avoid and save your money.

On December I made the mistake and renewed the my yearly subscription. They charged me "accidentally" double the amount. I contacted with the costumer service and they assured me that they will refund me the extra amount of money they charged me!
3 months later they DIDN'T REFUND me a penny. They are still trying to fool me by telling me me that they had requested the refund by giving a number that dies not exist and the problem is with my bank. I contacted with the bank of course many times and there is no pending refund.
Plus most of the classes are disappointing!!!!
So I TOTALLY NOT RECOMMEND IT!
There are many other platforms and sites much better than this one and more simplyfied also.

So I opted for the yearly subscription and I'm definitely saying it worth every penny. There's a lot of variety of courses from classic to contemporary cooking, flavors from all over the world. Every week new course added. True that the platform itself could go for better quality (I'm talking about English version) but content wise is top notch.

The classes are long winded and have stupid intros that last 5-15 seconds, completely pointless. Also really annoying music overlayed to the video. Learnt nothing from the classes I did, just wasted time listening to absolute drivel. Emailed to complain and got no response, no refund, so yeah, total waste of money. All hype and no substance
