Easy to apply and constructive helpful staff and great customer service less waiting period

My agent was great. He spoke clearly. He answered my questions. And found me the cheapest quote quickly.

The rep helping me made my experience very easy, it's a daunting task to change providers but Scoop made this process simple; they were thorough & very informative thru out the process, helping me every step of the way - with confirmation emails, direct line phone numbers (no waiting) and reasonable pricing. The customer service experience was fantastic.

Pretty quick and easy process setting up auto insurance with them. Around 2 hours but that was because I needed to get some info. I received quotes from a couple big insurance providers which were way too expensive. I didn't have a car for 2 years and before I sold it I was paying a reasonable amount for a clean driving record. I just bought a car and now those big providers quoted me 1.5-2x of what I used to pay. Unbelievable.
Then I got connected to Scoop and they found a provider which was around the same of what I was paying 2 years ago. With increased 3rd party liability as well. So far I'm pleased with the service

I switched all my car and home insurances to CAA. Scoot Insurance were the ones the helped my with this transition. They made it quick, easy and were very quick to answer all of my questions. I would recommend them to anyone. Plus I saved just over $1100.00 a year.

Worst insurance experience I’ve ever been through. Locked us into a one year term with CAA insurance. then we get a letter in the mail, two weeks later
, that the insurance company decided to do a home inspection and raised our rates over 20% because house “had nice finishes”. Then charged us a $300 cancellation fee . It’s clear they are just signing you up with the insurance company where they can make the most money.

Hunter was easy to work with, informative and efficient. As a first time car owner, she made this process seamless.

My experience was wonderful they explained everything in layman’s terms so I could understand. I’ve never had a company do that for me. I asked how long does it take for my new policy to activate because I needed to cancel the insurance from the other company I was with, he told me as soon as they receive my first payment and he was true to his words. I have told 3 friends of mine about scoop so hopefully they sign up as well. Thank you
