Logged into myScoop online account and put in a request to modify my auto policy at 11AM; got the update via email at 3PM confirmed everything was taken care off - also got the reminders for missing out some of more valuable options and benefits. Great works - Thanks so much

Josephine Cabansay helped me to get best auto/home insurance rate, she was very detailed and helpful and informative. I had a bad experience with my previous insurance broker and Josephine took over the policy and helped me get back in track with everything !

All my questions were answered and the employee could relate to my past experience and I was able to obtain a cheaper price for insurance with better coverage.

I have never been treated so badly by any company. They stole from me, hung up on me, over charged me, lied to me, I’m now with cooperators for $107/month currently on storage insurance for $13/month and they answer right away and have a physical location in town. Scoop is the most crooked insurance company ever. Never use them. worst experience.

Truly fantastic service from Mike Jurich, always prompt and helpful, this was the smoothest experience I've had with a company in a long time.

I recent had to be re-insured after a very long hiatus from insuring a vehicle. My agent Mike Jurich went FAR over and above helping me not only to get a great rate that was far lower than I expected; but spent an exorbitant amount of time answering my many, many, questions. Whenever I contacted Mike by email he replied almost immediately. Mike also returned my calls almost immediately in most cases, or if he was with another client, he always called within an hour. Thank you so much Mike.

The rep was kind and made sure i was comfortable To proceed. She was also honest.

We are quite disappointed. We feel dismissed and discriminated against. My dad and mom are immigrants and they can speak English and understand English but there are certain terms like ‘galvanized steel’ that are easier to understand when it’s translated in our language. My dad asked if I could translate for him a was told no. He then asked for a translator or even staff that spoke Vietnamese and were also told no. The agent Francheso said “This isnt gonna work out. It might be best if you find coverage somewhere local”

Honestly , I had no idea why my insurance changed years ago, it took talking with 1 of your agents to figure it out. Then , said agent managed to clear it up. I mean , so.ething my old agent could have done over the years but didnt .
So ya I feel I scored.

Spoke to lady at scoop insurance, this lady tone was very judgemental that I started having anxiety and panic. I told her I forgot some details and she has the audacity to say "I don't forget anything " , good for you, AI. We are human and can forget things and you don't know what the person in the other line is, I have anxiety and keep forgetting things, it is an issue? Wow I never felt judged in my life. I forgot her name however it happened today March 11th around 5pm and I am sure all calls are recorded.
You mentioned robot, the lady i spoke to was a human being acting with feeling m.

There pleasant attitude and helpful way made everything smooth and easy. All in all very nice people. Would recommend the company.
