Bought my scooter, delivery was fast, there was an issue with a crack on back shell, but customer service was amazing, sent out a new part straight away

I just bought the Zipper Stealth E-bike!! Firstly what a bike!! Love it! It was easy to assemble and delivery was perfect at every step! Would highly recommend and already have recommended 👍

Nothing was too much trouble...I went to the mill personally and the lads there couldn't do enough to ensure I had what I needed.. Very friendly,very polite, GREAT SERVICE..THANKYOU !

I live in ireland and have used this company a few times over the years .they are very quick with orders and If something is out of stock. Money is put back in to your account you don't even have to ask forit .and they are not to expensive

Great value for money, certainly beats most places I looked at. Very quick delivery, ordered on a Saturday and it arrived on the Wednesday. Only downfall is the customer services which is an online thing only

Was very sceptical of using the site however I got the item I asked for, it works perfectly and even better than my last charger for a jz zipper bike. Will definitely use this site again next time for my battery upgrade

Please do not order anything off this site.if it needs a repair even within the warranty you cannot phone them you have to contact them from a ticket then you have to wait for them to email you back .plus they have charged me for delivery to send it back to them.then for the repair and I have to pay delivery back to me which was £45 each way .the scooter was nearly £400.and have had to pay nearly £150 to get fixed and delivery.i bought the scooter in September and the scooter had only worked for one month.absolutely scandalous company.they have had it for one month for repair.i am on government benefits and had to save like crazy to get it.please please do not order anything from them or nitrotex as they are a joint company.you cannot phone them for anything to do with repairs.

The item was out of stock I left a tell me when this item is back in stock which they did and the purchase was easy

Very poor service from this company. Bought a mobility scooter following surgery that would stop me being mobile for 6 months. I’ve had if five weeks and the battery and charger have broke and the scooter is making a terrible noise when being used. Contacted the company that only take problem and issues by email so clearly hiding behind their poor service and was told you have had it over a months so it has to be repaired. They would
Collect it repair it and return it so I could be without out it for some weeks hence not being able to get about. It’s a mobility scooter don’t you realise that people
Need these to get around. Don’t touch them. I will be issuing a claim form for
My money back. They won’t get away with it with me that I assure you.
