he has bad service, they don't want to help me with my scooter, I don't recommend anyone buy from them i want my mouny they dount give me my moeny back or they tell me i have to pay for the repair i am gonna tell all the people i know and my family not to by from this company and there not fair and the product is not quality

Bought the 1000 watt scooter, came with broken rear mud guard, Stand and rear light. Foot plate didn't fit properly. Was promised the replacement parts.
Like an idiot I also bought the Zipper Folding Mountain bike, paid extra for them to build.
Upon getting home an trying to ride it I found it to be totally unstable. Took it to a local shop and had them look at it.
Was informed that the head race had been tightened so far that it had destroyed the bearings, Gears and brakes were not set up, cables were not cut so that the front cable got caught and damaged in the front disk.
Informed ScooterCity but were completely and utterly not interested.

At first I wanted a replacement but they just told me no.
I also found that the bearings were substandard so I had to purchase a decent set. The pedals bearing were found to be finger tight.

In short, these people supplied me with a bike in a completely dangerous state. They were not prepared to do anything to rectify this and further didn't even offer any kind of an apology.

They did offer to give the build fee back but in no way anything towards the cost of having this bike built properly or towards the cost of adequate parts.

The scooter is fast although very wobbly steering as the front wheel is leading, not trailing (If anyone understands that) and the bike is fun. But unless you are prepared to take them somewhere and spend extra money to make them safe I would seriously look elsewhere.
These people are only interested in your money, nothing else. No customer service, no understanding. Something should be done about them,.

Scooter city are very good as a customer I have been dealt with fairly and with consideration even when out of warranty

Only gave 1 star just so I can write on here. Brought mobile scooter of this company biggest mistake I ever done in my life . Got it in May had nothing but trouble with it . Sent a guy out to look at it even he was not sure what was wrong . Sent new battery out . I had to fix myself which have not been done . I have used this scooter twice . Had a guy come out to put battery in . Told me it's not the battery but the electric on it so he never touch it . So sitting here with a scooter that I can't use . So still having to get taxi to hospital appointment. Now been in touch with a lawyer he is taking on my case . But told me this will be going to court I am 70 years old with very poor health . Shame on you city scooter on robbing people out there money. How do you sleep at night knowing the crap stuff that you sent out . See you in court

Great customer service on the phone. Very helpful. My son has autism and its getting hard to push him around in a wheelchair. We brought this to get him around at the festival and it was a real hit with him he looked cool and we were able to go around so much easier made the weekend more enjoyable. The man on the phone got us quick delivery when we told him we needed this for the weekend. We are very happy with this company

Great product and super fast delivery although £49.99 is a bit pricey for the delivery for an item costing over £300. Great service though and easy transaction. Would have been 5star if delivery had been a bit cheaper.

Delivery came quick but once we started to assemble the quad nothing lines up at the front, front wheel aren’t straight tilt over to the side, pull string snapped after 1 use, we asked someone who knows about quad and suggested that this item looks likes it’s been in a crash which is why the wheels are like they are and nothing lines up. Bolt missing from the near the engine,can’t get through on the phone to discuss this problem

I have asked for stock alerts, after being emailed to say item is back in stock I've tried to order twice now without success. Today I've had another in stock alert and I've placed an order, maybe third time lucky!
