I ordered a e scooter, had no ability to track the item for delivery, so emailed to find out where my deliver was, was emailed back by scooteuk.com saying my scooter had been delivered. I checked the DHL website as it was delivered via them and there is a picture of the scooter outside my house saying it was signed for a left in a safe place, but this cannot be possible as how can something be signed for and left in the, if something is signed for why would it need to be left in a safe place. I contacted scooteuk.com and left them know I had not received my delivery, they sad they understand and will try and help me get a refund. This has not happened, they are now not replying to any of my emails, I believe I have been scammed, I DO NOT recommend buying from here as they have taken my money and I have no scooter and have not got a refund. SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, FOR YOUR OWN SANITY.

I needed a rear mudguard for my scooter and found so many but did not supply spares until i found this company asking about said item it was dispatched 2 days later it turned up fitted fine so all i can say is brilliant company great customer service

I recommend everyone to get their scooter from here, because the delivery was fast and the instructions to how to setups the scooter is pretty much easy and follow and way forward. The scooter is amazing and ever since I have been riding it I love everything about it and it sounds good and ride smoothly. It a 10/10 everyone should go get their scooter ASAP.

Great scooter great team of people who’ve started a company. Good at communicating at all points. Some delays in delivery but no their fault - die Covid and customs delay. Would recommend these guys.

Top notch service great product

Ordered a scooter for my 9 year old son on the 30th November and have tried to seek feedback on delivery date a number of time but no one has replied to provide any updates at all. I don’t even want it for a Xmas delivery which I informed them, I just want to know if or when it will be delivered, or a refund. If this is there customer service then I wouldn’t bother, look elsewhere where you may get some feedback on the purchase you’ve made.

My sons electric scooter was stuck in Portsmouth,not the firms fault but the kept in touch with us regarding the delivery.Josh phoned and text me regularly and will be dropping one off today.Would highly recommend this firm and will use them again.Thank-You for your professionalism

Shopped around for the best price and came across the website by chance recommend on Google. From start to finish the service has been great, had a slight issue with delayed delivered but spoke with one of the guys and they got it resolved for me ( I understand it's a busy time of year ) Scooters perfect, packaged well and will definitely be back for another one. I'll be sending all my friends and family your way don't worry haha. 5 Stars from me.

Very good service from this group from start to end, even after purchase the customer service was a amazing and I was able to get the help I needed. If you’re a first time scooter buyer I recommend scooteuk as you will get the help you need quickly. Delivery was also nice and quick.

Absolutely fantastic. I am very impressed with the bike in all aspects . You can't really call it assembly because it's only the light and seat you need to fit.
It does exactly what it says on the tin.
I was even more impressed with the customer service I received as there was a courier problem but my calls were immediately answered and it felt a very personal, professional service.
