We’re a small club that has spent years trying to find the right scoreboard from a supplier who truly understands our needs. Despite many options out there, navigating outdated websites and unclear offerings had become a real challenge—until we found Scoreboards Online.

From the very first phone call, speaking directly with Ben was a pleasure. He took the time to listen, understand what we needed, and within 20 minutes we had a clear plan in place. We soon agreed to purchase a 22-digit cricket scoreboard, and the whole process was incredibly straightforward.

No question was too difficult, and all our prepared queries were answered with confidence and clarity. Even some minor personalisation requests were handled without any fuss. To top it all off, the scoreboard arrived ahead of schedule.

We originally found the product on the internet and following a useful telephone conversation and quotation decided to visit their business in Highbridge to meet the people and check out the product.
Spending the clubs and sponsors money is always an extra responsibility.
We were made very welcome an were show different sizes of boards to make a decision and agree some small modifications to suit our application.
I was good to deal with such an enthusiastic family business and was happy to place the order on the day.
The board was delivered to our home in Shropshire personally by Ben on their own transport to avoid potential damage in transit on carriers.
They did that within the price.
We have been very pleased with the performance of the board and have now ordered a second kit which Ben again delivered.

I was shown around Scoreboard Online and the scoreboard options were explained to me. The scoreboards are well made and Dave, Ben and staff couldn’t be more friendly. It was great that there was a wide selection of power supply options. These included 240v mains, 12v car battery or Dewalt / Milwaukee / Makita battery pack options which is great. We chose the mains version as that worked best for us. The lead-time was reasonable too.

The scoreboard was delivered and after a slight technical hitch, that was quickly solved, we were up and running. We were shown how to operate the scoreboard by the technician who built the scoreboard.

We as a club are delighted with the scoreboard and would definitely recommend Scoreboard Online to other cricket clubs and other sports clubs requiring scoreboards.

Excellent scoreboard and great service all the way through the process. Delivery half way across the country was no issue with a date and time convenient to us.

Very pleased with our scoreboard, well built and finished with a control pad so straight forward to use. The ability to link the board to Play-Cricket scoring software makes updating the score effortless, you never miss a run! A minor issue with one of the digits was rectified on site within 2 days.

the team are pros through out the whole process from a phone a call to discuss with a back up email all the way to delivery. it turned exactly when they said and exactly how they said it would come. Ben was patient with all our demands and changes through out the whole order with a quick turn around for each question.
