Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Sent several requests that never received answer... but still charging high fee

Then changed their subscription plan, offered the equivalent of my plan much cheaper but didn't send any notice so they let me pay the full price for something they are offering now at the reduced price plan

Extrimely high price for what you get

Extrimely high price 
Lack of basic CRM functionality, poor integration or and market place choises
A lot of manual efforts, poor self automation.
No AI integration
Custom field limits
No email E2E inside CRM system.
Poor marketing intergation and visibility without landing pages, hooks etc. 
Company data auto-filling is missing.

One of the best products out there for…

One of the best products out there for everything a basic company needs. Calendar, task list, dashboards, reports, quoting and budgeting, billing and so on. Very customizable. Also, they have a very good customer service.

Good product, horrible CSM

The program is really for any project manager that wants to have everything in one place, but the customer service is so bad! Since I started I have received at least 2 emails per day, basically spam, and I was added by the sales representative on LinkedIn, that's a NO GO! this has passed the line between spam to stalk.
