I am not best pleased with scorpion…

I am not best pleased with scorpion track..I paid for a 3 year subscription in full..the next day scorpion track helped themselves to a further 4 years of subscriptions without my knowledge or consent...please explain yourselves..thankyou. the email address you provided on your reply is not valid??

Track my car, track my peace of mind.

A quick installation done at my convenience at a place of my choosing, at home, fitter was brilliant, really polite and respectful of my new motor.
I love this device, peace of mind, I'm really happy.

Appalling customer service after paying…

Appalling customer service after paying for the de-install and re-install of tracker. The product itself is good but the service to book appointment was awful. You can get through immediately to sales and they take the money (no problem at all) but as for booking the appointment took over a month to get a date and numerous calls, emails to actually get hold of anyone to book the service paid for. Believe this is a new system as previously it was great so not sure if they have new partner but it definitely should be reviewed.

Very pleased with the scorpion s5 fitted, gives a detailed description of previous drives and scores on driver behaviour.
Great having the peace of mind knowing exactly where my car is now 24hrs a day and if it was stolen scorpion will call me straight away.

Disliked the pressure sales

Disliked the pressure sales. Had used scorpion for another vehicle which was a no pressure sale. This time the sales team called me every few days. In the end I told them to get lost.

Purchased via a 3rd party in the end for less money and no pressure sales.
