Bought a smart trainer off them. Unfortunately there was a need to send it back, however they organised the pick up and refunded me fully despite not having original box. Very good customer service

Excellent all round. Sunday, found & immediately ordered pretty much the last 56cm Cannondale Synapse Al Disk 105 available on the UK internet. Tuesday, unpacked it and took it out for a ride.

Fantastic service at a difficult time due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Ordered a couple of in stock items at competitive prices on a Friday and they dropped onto my doormat on the Monday morning. Great response from their staff too when trying to fix a little mix up on my part with the order. I'll be using these guys again!

First road bike purchase. Very helpful,friendly staff willing to help with any questions taking into account your experience. They even let me try on stuff even though i told them I’d be buying elsewhere due to vouchers available through work. Highly recommend.

Never heard of them before, but got let down by a big cycling store on a purchase so decided to do some price comparison and these can up as cheapest.
Order Monday and arrived on the Thursday with the free delivery option. No messing about, quick and reliable. Will defo use again.

Ordered an electric bike. Unfortunately delivery via Parcelforce with their typically poor service. Consignment split into 2 packages that were separated en route. Consequently delivery is now over 2 days, which isn't great for anyone who works and isn't willing to take multiple days off. I was at home today based upon the quoted delivery. Essentially means I will not have the bike until next week by the time Parcelforce makes a pointless delivery attempt in the next day or so, only to have to return the bike to the depot to be collected... Not ideal for an overnight delivery.

Scotby customer service apologised but made no effort to assist, washing their hands and blaming Parcelforce. No responsibility taken for their choice of carrier.

I ordered an Osprey backpack and I chose Scotby Cycles. I found it very easy to execute my order and the package arrived on-time. There were no incidents at all thoughout the process.

Ordering from Scotby cycles for the first time proved to be a very straightforward experience. I live in the Republic of Ireland and was looking for a particular model of Fiveten Freerider (which was in stock AND in a size 13 uk which can be harder to find). The price was very competitive and after ordering I recieved a number of emails (to confirm my order, to tell me about delivery (Royal Mail tracked) and another when the order was actually shipped). The order itself arrived much faster than I had expected and the goods were as advertised. I would have no problem recommending Scotby cycles on the basis of my first experience with them.

Ordered five ten shoes, one of the only stores to have my size , plus got a £5 discount so even better. Delivery was as promised couldn't fault them. They are very helpful in the shop as well.

Always stock the latest fiveten shoes in all sizes at a discounted price. What's not to like!
