Given the main shop in Carlisle was flooded over Christmas they've done a great job to keep the mail order service going. Quick, easy and items delivered bang on schedule.

Bought a ladies bike for my wife which was despatched promptly. Queried size by email and received prompt replies to all my questions. Would highly recommend Scotby Cycles to everyone.

Scotby sells a lot of their Five Ten MTB shoes in sizes smaller than UK7! Which means I could not only choose a model, but also a colour! Which is brilliant for smaller people who ride bikes!

Great website, great selection, great prices and to top it off fantastic service! You might gather from that I'm pretty chuffed with the experience of shopping from Scotby Cycles! Initially ordered the Five Ten Impact 2 Lows at a smashing price - which arrived very quick... fit great but hadn't realised quite how chunky they are - my new bike has very wide chainstays so thought I'd send them back and go for the freeriders instead. Scotby were really great about everything with no fuss my account was credited again as soon as the shoes arrived back. The freeriders were also at a great price and fit very well - this is from someone who struggles a LOT to find comfortable shoes! And much slimmer than the impacts so perfect for my needs. Next time I need bike kit I'll certainly be considering Scotby!
