Delivery & dispatch was prompt & well wrapped.

I ordered a pair of Castelli team issue bib shorts and was told that if I paid for Royal Mail special delivery they would arrive before 1pm on the second day after ordering. When they didn't arrive I rang the shop and Simon took control of my issue and told me he would ring Royal Mail to see what the problem was and ring me straight back,which he did! He told me he would ring Royal Mail again on Saturday morning and ring me again with an update. Simon rang me around 8am and told me they were being delivered that morning. They arrived within a couple of hours of his call in time for racing the following day!
Above and beyond customer service will definitely be using Scotby Cycles again!

I ordered a pair of 510 trainers and they arrived a couple of days later. A was assured by the shop that if they didn't fit I could return them. Luckily they fitted fine. I would definitely use Scotsby again.

Scotby Cycles, best prices, fast delivery, reliable and kept me updated all the way. Item arrived in perfect condition. The ortlieb Saddle Bag in red is a great colour, very easy to attach to the bike and very sturdy. I fell off my bike and even though my bike and myself didn't get away unscathed, the bag stayed put and was untouched. It's big enough to fit my DSLR camera with some extra padding but that was about it. Could easily fit a few snack bars, small bike tool & puncture kit, inner tube, wallet & ID. Easy to wipe off any mud & splashes. Perfect.

I've never used Scotby Cycles before, but after the service I received, that's going to change.

I was directed to Scotby Cycles from Google after looking for a Castelli windproof jacket - the website is easy to navigate, the range of goods is excellent, and they offered the best price for the jacket I wanted in the size I wanted. There were no problems in ordering and after being kept fully informed of my sale, the goods arrived a few days later. Its a perfect fit and I'm really chuffed with the goods, service and communication by Scotby Cycles. I'm more than happy to use them again...

I had a bad weekend getting my bike stolen on Sunday morning ... but I stumbled upon an amazing deal on a Cannondale F29 at Scotby, ordered the bike at 11AM on the Monday and it was here by 9AM on the Tuesday.

I had to get in touch with Simon to alter our delivery details a little bit and he was incredibly helpful and we had no issues with the delivery.

Would highly recommend.

The specific product I purchased couldn't be found cheaper anywhere else. Believe me, I tried.

Delivered within 2 days of ordering. When delivered it was well packaged despite being something that was unlikely to break in transit.
