I bought an Osprey backpack online, at a very good price and three days later it was with me at home. No problems at all. Good e-mail communications from both Scotby and Royal Mail about delivery and the item arrived on time, well packed. Recommended.

The Five 10 Freeriders are an excellent MTB shoe and the price was cheaper than anywhere else on the interweb. Scotty Cycle's delivery / shipping although free was extremely fast and I was updated throughout the whole shipping process.

I ordered some Garmin Vectors back in April and they arrived safe and sound the very next day at no extra cost. When they developed a fault a few months later, Simon sorted out an exchange straight away and I had the replacements the next day ready for a race that week.
