My overall experience with this company was excellent. They were very professional, reliable and efficient. The quality of the workmanship was to a high standard and at a very reasonable price. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Barry was fantastic! Unfortunately couldn't assist us with insulation due to our property type and current insulation being adequate but he like many others have could have still replaced what we had at our expense and it wouldn't have helped us to reduce our bills our heat our home and I really appreciated that honestly. He also took time to explain things to me and give me helpful advice about heating my home effectively. Would 100% recommend Scotfoam to any friends/family who would benefit from the services provided.

They were on time, polite, tidy and efficient. A good job done efficiently and effectively.

The Scotfoam team are all friendly, professional and efficient. I had the underfloor of my 1930s bungalow insulated by them, the process was smooth from start to finish. We have noticed an immediate difference with the heat retention in the house. Well worth doing and delighted with the service!

Emailed Barry at Scot Foam regarding loft spray foam insulation , reply was quick, friendly and very courteous, arranged a time and date for a home visit which went to plan, Barry was very informative and able to answer any questions asked, decided to go with Scot foam and arranged date for installation, the guys turned up this morning on time and were very pleasant, the job was done well within the allotted time and to a very high standard, the guys cleaned up after themselves in fact if you didn’t look in the loft you wouldn’t know they had been in the house, a job well done.

First of all sorry to Scot Foam for this very delayed review. Holidays came and went and finally I have remembered. Doh!
Anyway from the first contact early in July, a site visit then until completion was just under two weeks. This was just truly a very quick response indeed. More impressive yet was the fact that I left in the morning of the installation just as the team arrived and upon my return three hours later they were packing up.
The two guys were busy ensuring a clean environment was left behind and off they went. Really good workers (sorry guys I have forgotten your names now) As soon as I walked into our house, built in the mid 1950s I could already feel the difference. Obviously as autumn and then winter come along we will be able to see the impact on our bills which result from getting this work done.
So our thanks to Barry and his two man team of installers who really impressed me with their quick and calm efficiency.

No nonsense, or heavy sales pitch.

Barry and his guys were informative, hard working and done a great job.

There was a minor issue with a pipe in the loft but they all responded immediately to get it sorted and prevent any damage.

Our 1850’s cottage was in need of some well deserved insulation, overhaul and renovation. We it was decided after much research and consideration to use a open cell foam to insulate our home as part a much larger project. Scot Foam were asked to come, asses and calculate the potential, the requirements and price the work involved, we’d chosen them after reading reviews and doing some local research. Barry arrived and was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. A quote was provided, accepted and a provisional date to commence work was scheduled.

Barry and his businesses partner also called Barry carried out a site survey prior to the start date and were both very informative with regards to the process and other work implications.

Work commenced on schedule and was completed in a timely manner, and was done to a high standard. On close inspection however one technical area had been missed and not completed correctly, this was reported immediately and the following day Barry came to site and rectified the issue and was very apologetic. It was an unfortunate oversight carried out by one of their staff, but the response and resolution was immediate.

Highly recommend this company! Great service from the initial visit where Barry explained the product and gave an affordable quote. None of what we've had previously where the salesperson quoted a ridiculous price before lowering it after learning we would be getting other quotes. The team arrived on the day as planned, did an excellent job and cleaned up after them.
