Fantastic and funny.
A very informative, useful and surprisingly entertaining day. 6 hours that felt more like 2. The delivery of the information was very easy to follow and an excellent sense of humour kept me engaged all day.

Mark provided excellent training for a group of us today on EFAW. Very informative and clearly explained with great practical experience to support the theoretical knowledge we had to cover. Very informative and interesting day. I have done a number of different first aid courses and I still learnt a lot today. Mark was an engaging trainer who kept us focussed and learning. Recommended.

Very precise and related the emergencies to our specific job roles. I am very pleased with the first aid training I received and I understand so much more after today

A tedious day made enjoyable
Mark made a perhaps tedious training day very enjoyable. He has a good sense of humour while remaining very informative and thorough in his teaching. He was a great listener and explained everything extremely easy for all of my staff members who were part of the day. I believe myself the rest of my staff have learnt copious amounts of new important information we may one day need. (Hopefully not to the extremes of what we went into depths about).
I’ll be recommending him to anyone who needs to carry out first aid!
